Nancy's so drunk off her ass she doesn't know if there will be
a vote or not. I think the rate that her and Biden are losing brain cells
is keeping perfect pace with the amount of votes the party is losing.
Some kind of political entanglement sci fi phenomena go'n on.
Or sump'n.

Now that reminds me. Recall which Democrat Hillary was running against in the primary for that Senate seat? No, she didn’t beat him at the polls. JFK, Jr didn’t live long enough to face Hillary at the primary polls for that Senate seat. But like the hundred or so others it is just one of those odd coincidences.

Hmmm Impeachment you say..?

Impeachment inquiries don't go on behind closed door, with only representatives from one party allowed in.

Also, why would an impeachment inquiry need to include the deputy secretary of defense (as was shown to be the case when gate crashed by republican representatives)..?

I would in fact call all that the beginnings of another attempted Coup, albeit this time with the potential of using physical force..!!

If I were the POTUS right about now, I'd be bringing the hammer down, sending every last one of them off to Guantanamo and be damned with what the public thinks about that..!!

Correct. Committee members of both parties are present at each of the depositions, should they so choose. All committee members can query the witness.

With the daily insanity coming from the WH, it is sometimes easy to believe that Trump is the biggest idiot in the USA.

Thank you for reminding me there are even bigger idiots.

I wouldn’t send any of them to Gitmo. Too many member of the international press visit too frequently. Gitmo is a summer camp. We have plenty of black sites around the world that are off the public radar to send them.

Who has the constitutional responsibility not to engage in Abuse of Power and use Military Aid to extort foreign governments for help in domestic political campaigns?

Extortion? Bribery? Abuse of Power? ..What Trump did was a lot of things, but I haven't seen anyone left or right describe it as "diplomacy".

* The latest testimony today now puts Sondland solidly on the hook for Perjury. Dr. Fiona Hill, Taylor and Vindland's testimony all align that Sondland lied to congress.

It appears Sondland committed perjury

Apart from the Phone Call readout summarizing his Abuse of Power? LOL

The rest is just filling in the backstory and figuring out who else is culpable.

We cannot accurately answer the question.

How can we know how the impeachment inquiry is going when we can't hear what is going on behind the closed doors?

Judge Andrew Napolitano: Trump’s call with Ukraine president manifests criminal and impeachable behavior
www.foxnews.com...

Federal law defines as criminal the solicitation of aid – anything of value – for a political campaign from a foreign national or foreign government, whether the thing of value arrives or not.

Federal law also prohibits bribery and attempted bribery, which is defined as withholding the performance of an official duty conditioned upon the personal receipt of a thing of value, whether the thing of value arrives or not.
