Rep. Katie Hill resigns

It is with a broken heart that today I announce my resignation from Congress. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to do, but I believe it is the best thing for my constituents, my community, and our country.

The Democrats have been playing dirty politics for years against Trump.. With what we've seen over the last 3 yrs about pee tapes, his daughter, Melania, Stormy etc makes me want the Dems to lose no matter what..... however, I don't think revenge porn is the way to go about it. That's setting the bar low.

all I can say is, the dude behind the camera's pretty lucky! they're both gorgeous women!

Finally, now she'll want to get back with her husband or go into porn.

Meanwhile, on Thursday, Hill received a strong statement of support from Republican congressman Matt Gaetz, who suggested she was being targeted because of her bisexuality. “Katie isn’t being investigated by Ethics or maligned because she hurt anyone — it is because she is different,” he wrote in a tweet.

Looks like Republicans have no problem with a Bi woman but Democrats certainly do.

She was trusted as to be the decent Representative everyone voted for. Her resignation redeemed her to some, no doubt.

Funny that the "law and order" group doesn't want the rules to be followed when there are political points to be made.

Representative Hill broke the rules. She is paying the price. It doesn't have anything to do with party, or identity or anything besides politics.

The ultimate "identity" politics is pretending there are two sides.

She's not even in your league, this woman helped to get 1.2 Billion dollars for the corrupt PATH program in CA to exploit / "help" the homeless in LA, she's part of the SCAM, but yeah, the Dems sure didn't have her back, too big of a liability it seems, or the sacrificial lamb....she's a scum bag, and likely stole the the election from incumbent Steve Knight during the 2018 mid-terms when 1000's of registered R voters had to fill out "provisional ballots", that we're thrown away. Good Riddance !

There was probably MORE about to come out about her...and she caught wind of it.

Thank god now we can get the Congressman we actually voted for if the Demoncrats don't steal it again and stick another one of their cronies in here! I don't give a s**t about her personal life other than it got rid of a PoS who had the election handed to her by cheating thousands here out of their votes! But then making up rules as they go along seems to be a "thing" for the ass***les, so everyone in "her" district will have to wait and see if we get our Steve back or not. *fingers crossed*

We certainly have noticed that #HeelsUpHarris made a successful enough career in politics to be a rising presidential hopeful. I guess she's not getting away with it if she wins?

Well, when the Republicans arbitrarily got rid of the Office of Congressional Ethics in 2017 I guess they have no one to explain the rules to them so we can't really blame them right? Plus Trump is a Great President and he's Republican so they're obviously okay. Orange Man Gud.

What rules? The one about not having conjugal relations with employees? Apparently, it's frowned upon when Democrats grab women by ... well, you get the idea.

I have no idea really. I wouldn't think she would be forced to resign, as I understand it, there was an ethics investigation underway after her ex-husband published the pics. I'm sure it was all very embarrassing, because, you know, adults aren't supposed to have actual sex lives I guess.
