I suppose it is those long boring hours in the air.

So where is the talk about firing the pilots? Oh right, the whistle blowers are the bad ones.

These two pilots get the 737 max - that will keep them busy.

Firing the pilots? Ever heard of due process?

I said talk. Ever hear of reading.

Yeah, I read that part. Perhaps I need to reword my question for your comprehension level?

Why would we be talking about firing the pilots without due process?

From the OP source...

"Southwest will vigorously defend the lawsuit. When the incident happened two years ago, we investigated the allegations and addressed the situation with the crew involved. We can confirm from our investigation that there was never a camera in the lavatory."

Maybe SW in some sort of test phase put in several hidden cameras, not just the lavatories, but in the galleys and isles on this particular aircraft for study, for the pilots to access via iPad/pad. A test platform for not just security but for seeing how the employees do their job and that the flight attendant In this case happened to accidentally see the iPad when the pilot forgot to hit the stand by button. Maybe the flight attendant and husband are looking for Some sort of a free hand out?

Or it could all be a completely made up story by the FA.

Who buys an expensive hidden camera and has time to install it when they (the pilots) change aircraft and flight crew almost every flight?

This is quite the enigma for me also.

What satisfaction can one possibly get from watching video from a toilet cam?

We just recently had a similar incident at several hospitals in my area. I just don't get it.

That's obviously CYA for the company.

The person took a pic of the screen showing the lavatory. That should be in the civil case, I would think.

As if this person made the whole thing up for some lawsuit that would have no merit and fail.

Someday you might understand there is much corruption in business. Of course there was "no camera".
