The House and the Senate really have nothing to do with whether a former president is charged with a crime. They only matter for impeaching a sitting President.

On another note, I had the Cummings proceedings on and they had Hillary get up and speak before Pelosi.

Yes! If there is a fair public airing of all the transcripts to date and any future testimony and there is clear and compelling evidence of "High crimes" within the record, an impeachment by the House should be taken up by the Senate for consideration and a vote.

but I seriously doubt we will see anything approaching fair come out of this basement mob. I view it as nothing but noise to cover the IG Report and the criminal investigation plus a bit of pro-active efforts to deflect from possible criminal actions in Ukraine. It's no accident in my mind that the democrats have been triggered by questions related to Ukraine.
