Here is my Presidential pick wish list for the upcoming Election season.

4.) Pete Buttigieg.

Reason:

A: To see if he could handle the pressure of the job.

That is a REALLY STUPID reason to elect someone President.

Yeah. It is. But that would be the only reason I would want that guy to be President.

Unfortunately, there are a lot of voters who use the same sort of reasoning. You couldn't pick a more reasonable candidate for your top 5? (Well, maybe there aren't any.)

I tend to agree with your conceptualization of his idea. It is very ambitious. It is a lot of money. Problems are going to come with any idea, especially when they are that ambitious.

Yang can control his impulsiveness to go against the better grain of his character, similar to Tulsi, that's not a bad thing, but it does make one's motives somewhat more complex to understand. With Trump we have more of an instinctual construct, as if he is in his natural habitat. If I were to describe it I would say it is a Lets make a Deal game show host, and so far his deals have been for the betterment of this Nation, which is not a bad thing either if you live in this Nation.

I have seen the term Globalist thrown around like it is a bad thing, so I decided to research into the matter myself. The conclusion that the research has brought me is that it is neither good nor bad. While the achievements of Globalism can vary greatly from mind to mind, one achievement of Globalism means that the world has come together as one, and are ready for the next evolution of mankind to come about. Another is that Globalism puts more power into the hands of a few than I am comfortable with. I tend to fall of the off ladder of the two mind sets.

I think that Yang may have the first mindset. That's not a bad thing, but history teaches us different. Humans are still susceptible to corruption which means that the time is not now. Maybe one day in another 10 thousand years.
edit on 24-10-2019 by highvein because: ETA. I think the nation needs another 4 years of Trump.

To me that seems to be the case. As the election moves along we will get a better glimpse at their reasonability. They are standing at the foot of the highest political mountain of their lives. King of the Hill. I want to see how they dodge the boulders. Biden got hit right off the start. The number one Dem that had the biggest lead. He couldn't get out of the way fast enough. The one that will run against Trump will have to quick and merciless. I would take Yang or Tulsi over Pete any day. Pete is no where near experienced enough to have this weight placed upon his shoulders, which I think would be interesting to observe, just to see if he could. He seems like a good enough guy, I don't think he is tough enough yet.

He's just a kid, trying to make a difference in his world. I can't hold malice toward the kid just for that.

If Donald Trump switches back to Democrat (and it's about time, it's been a few years) then he can just run against himself!

Can you see how that would go?

- You're a liar!

- No, you're a liar!

- Well, you're low IQ.

Nah, he's an idiot and we all know it wouldn't work the way he thinks it would. Too bad Jim Webb will be 78 in 2024... He's an old democrat that didn't make it past the first primaries of 2016 because he wouldn't tell the crowd that black lives matter over all lives. He also wanted to kill Affirmative Action because it's racist towards white people. Only democrat I'd ever consider voting for.

I can't lie, when I watched the debate that he was in with Sanders and Hilary I knew he didn't have a chance. They are getting rid of every old Dem in DC.

1. Trump - so far he has it in the bag.

2. Vermin Surpreme (not Hillary) - in case he’s right about the coming zombie apocalypse.

1 Donald Trump (no BS)
2 Jessie Ventura (no BS part 2)
3 Clint Eastwood (no BS part 3)
4 Condoleezza Rice (sorry Hilary but you are not the first woman)
5 Ben Carson (no BS part 4)

Condy would be a great first-female President. Ben Carson as vp.

But DJT as Secretary of State, just to keep the ‘reeeeeeee’ alive.

1) Trump. He has so many more heads to make ‘splode. Gonna need a second term for my full entertainment dollar.
2) Biden. It would be interesting to see the steps to have a President declared too mentally incompetent to complete their term.
3) Sanders. Just so the progressive socialism ends once and for all fulfilling McCarty’s goal after all these years.
4) Gabbard. I don’t think she has the chops to be a complete leader. Her dependence on the Dems could lead to their final downfall as none of them seem ready for the big chair.
5) Vermin Supreme. Because who doesn’t want a free pony?

So, in short...
"Andrew Yang because he'll pay me to do eff all beyond voting for him."
Yeah, that's a sustainable model... NOT
Christ, the entitlement and laziness is staggering.

The same way AOC is an even younger kid trying to make a difference. Point is, they are CLUSTER#S unable to realize they are INCOMPETENT.

You don't place someone with the knowledge and experience of a CHIMP at the controls of a packed 747 just because they "are eager to make a difference"; if you do because of "feelings" you will end up with 350 dead passengers

Similarly, you do not place MORONS in Congress or in the WH because you will end up with a national failure for 350 million Americans.

What we really need to be discussing is who are we going to vote for in the House and Senate elections. The people need to make a statement and get these lifers out of there. Too much time in allows the opportunity for too much corruption and very little accountability.

With all of this impeachment talk and finger pointing by both parties, nothing is getting done. The system needs a fulll blown enigma and god willing a lot of reform such as term limits and limited interaction with the lobbyists.

The game needs new players and we need to realize we can pick the teams instead of going with the status quo

Vermin Supreme’s pony policy would be:
1. A boon to horse breeders.
2. A boon farms to raising crops to feed them.
3. Real estate for housing and keeping them.
4. Manufacturing. Especially horse centric such as saddle, bridle, etc.
5. Education to graduate more veterinarian.

The list goes on. But “Free Ponies” would require more domestic economic stability and growth.
