Here is my Presidential pick wish list for the upcoming Election season.

1.) Donald Trump.

Reason:

A: The longer Trump has the attention of our Governing Body
the less likely our Nation will get screwed up even more.
B: We are allowed glimpses of the behind the scene's corruptions of
our Government and I want to see some more.
C: Because Trump has just enough charisma and charm to piss
off the right people. Selfish I know, but still it has it's benefits.
D: The Media and Government hate him, from a conspirator angle
that seems to be to person to vote for, unless they know that
it would get him elected, but by then it's too late anyway.
E: Most importantly, I agree with most of his policies.
It really is that simple.

2.) Tulsi Gabbard.

Reason:

A: Because if Trump doesn't win she seems to be the best thats left.

3.) Andrew Yang.

Reason:

A: The guy might be smart enough to pull off his vision.

4.) Pete Buttigieg.

Reason:

A: To see if he could handle the pressure of the job.

5: Elizbeth Warren.

Reason:

A: Just kidding, she's the worst.

And that is my top 5, er 4 picks.

What are yours?

That is a REALLY STUPID reason to elect someone President.

By top I assume you mean most likely to be elected in 2020.

Trump is surely #1

After that it's pretty mediocre.....

Warpath warren..... No

Gabbard will not make it through the primary

Sanders... See gabbard

Biden might be in jail... Ha,,,

Hillary is a possibility but her ego will not let her risk another loss so not her..

Today it's a one man race.

1) Trump because the reason I voted for him in the first place was to shake up the establishment which he has done. While I do not agree with everything he does and didn't think I would he is not the same old stiff career politician that I am tired of seeing. The country needed fresh ideas and a different perspective to get people thinking.

2) Unknown at this time. Anyone that is currently running on either side is not who I would vote for. Of all the other candidates they are either career politicians or young candidates that have these huge ideas and almost no good plan of how to get any of it done without taxing the pants off everyone and in turn devastating the economy and businesses. The best lesson my dad ever taught me was that the Government has no money. All of their plans and programs rely on the citizens money where they can suckle off us and take our hard earned money.

If it isn't Trump then in my opinion we need someone to continue to buck the system and really work on handling our own business. We need to get out of other regions of the world and take care of ourselves. I know as a taxpayer I am tired of paying Millions and Billions of dollars to places that will never get any better and we never see any positive impact at home.

Many of our problems at home can be solved by instilling better family values and bringing back much of the self-worth that many of the people have lost. In my opinion if we bring back much of the military and station them at home and use them to protect OUR borders and help with natural disasters etc the appeal for many of the younger people to get back into the military will be there. From there they can learn skills and be better citizens. We need a major educational refocus towards developing the trades and skilled laborers as well as technology and sciences.

Andrew yang.

Because he is the only one who seems to understand the real future that we are looking at.
Automation is changing everything and he is the only one that knows it.

Everyone else running , including trump, want the fiat wadge slave system to continue because they are rich and that system works best for them.

If yang doesn't make it I probably wont be voting.

Yeah. It is. But that would be the only reason I would want that guy to be President.

OP was pretty ambitious with asking for 4 or 5, give him a break for trying to fill the quota with the mix we have to pick from.

If you truly support Trump's policies, as I do, then are any of the others really a viable option?

I'm not a fan of expanding social programs, until SS is made "solvent"

Im not a fan of a permanent welfare state, for able bodied people. Everyone needs to contribute to society.

Open borders are absurd.

Giving ppl $1000 per month is just redistribution of wealth, and the only way it can work, is if tge working class gets screwed.

The same with Medicare for all. While I think a rich country such as ours should be able to provide basic health care for its CITIZENS, government can not be trusted to do it efficiently, and the insurance lobby would not let it happen anyway.

The biggest problem I have with Gabbert, is her 2nd amendment stance, but I qlso have other issues with her policies.

Any socialist candidates are non starters for me, without going any deeper, as it is a flawed concept from the start.

When I watched the debate I thought his intelligence rose to each occasion presented to him.. While I do not agree with his policies I cannot deny his intelligence.

I decided to push some personal boundaries and look for the silver lining so to speak.

Isn't Wang the one who wants to give every citizen 18 and over a check for $1,000.00 each month, no questions asked? That's even worse than free college and healthcare.

That is a great summary of why I think he ultimately won in 2016.

Yes he is that person. It does seem to be a wacko idea, but when he talked about how he would do it, it kind of made sense, so I gave him the benefit of the doubt.

While I'm skeptical of his "solution", I can't argue that it will indeed be a problem, one that will most likely will sneak up on us faster than we realize.

Part of me thinks he believes in the idea so much, he really just threw himself out there to get exposure on this issue, and it alone. He's even eluded to such, and so far he's handled that self appointed task with grace.

I think the 1,000 dollar to everyone above 18 is purposefully ambitious to force people to look at it, be critical, and most importantly think about the issue as a whole.

At least he hasn't been a clown during this circus though, so he gets my respect even if I disagree with how to solve a problem we're sure to have.

Nah, he's an idiot and we all know it wouldn't work the way he thinks it would. Too bad Jim Webb will be 78 in 2024... He's an old democrat that didn't make it past the first primaries of 2016 because he wouldn't tell the crowd that black lives matter over all lives. He also wanted to kill Affirmative Action because it's racist towards white people. Only democrat I'd ever consider voting for.

The residents of South Bend, IN would be laughing their asses off at that comment. He's basically given up on South Bend and put all his cards into the Presidential race and is losing that too.

Trump... Because there's a lot more 'hell toupe'.

No one else comes close.

And Killery isn't that stupid - is she?

Even if she is - I don't think even the Dem's are that crazy. (?)
