just to throw in a monkey wench in the debate....

China NEVER banned CFCs. that was the western world. In fact, the amount of CFCs emitted from China began increasing 2012.

So....logically if the CFCs in emitted to the atmosphere...and the ozone layer is the smallest it has ever been...ergo....
