But these meetings are the only time we can get together. The more we get together the sooner we will be married and out of your house.

Do you own a bike lock? Are you a good spitter?
Can you mix cement and milkshake together in a jif and throw with no more than moderate accuracy ?
If so, well, then I think you can start on changing her mind with gusto, as you have the necessary means available to you.
If not, then I recommend calling her "Literally Hitler". That seems to work as well.
