man i just read this story in a paranormal magazine, was really hoping to find some answers but i guess this one might be the same thing as spring

i think it is an ET of some type, it did seem to be able to paralyze a person just by using its finger and pointing...deff a et, or government
experiment being tested out on public.

It could be a crazed ape or gorilla that escaped from the zoo, they can jump pretty high.
