when lefties like yourself still believe that Hillary won,

She got more popular votes, so yes, she "won."

ROFLMAO... See? Heck, why don't we impeach Linconln? He also won only because of the Electoral College as well, so you democrats/socialists can still have slaves and take away the votes from women and other minorities, more so if they dare be conservative and pro-life...

Weren't Obama and Clinton and Comey and everyone else on the Republican Naughty List going to be arrested next week two years ago?

Or was it arrested two years ago next week?

Hmmm...

Or is it after the investigation is over and indictments are handed out?

One side follows the law, the other side convicts in the court of public opinion while wrapping themselves in an American flag... one they will use to wipe their ass with once off camera.

We know what side you're on...

Campaign Finance Violations are not a big deal. A "civil" infraction vs. criminal.

Barack Hussein Obama paid a $375,000 fine and nobody noticed or cared.

Funny thing about the Deep State ... how is it that these mysterious criminal overlords are dumb enough to keep revealing themselves on national TV? Must be that 4D chess or Brane Bingo or sumthin' eh?

Seriously, I actually hope some random Democrat does get some time for something ... they've been salivating for so long.

Because he's not the president, for starters?

Isn't it ironic how they want to decide this case in the New York courts despite the fact that the two men were arrested at Dulles International Airport in Virginia? The same courts that still are anti-Trump and attempt at using anything and everything, whether legal or illegal, to impeach POTUS Trump?...

If I was the Trump administration I would push the DOJ to have this case in a less biased court...

Chill TF out. You didn't post this in the pit, but I know you're sensitive the Trump world walls are closing in.

I thought this thread was about Trump lawyer Giuliani being implicated in potential criminal activity and campaign finance violations involving Russia—and the Ukraine, where he was doing business and seeking to exploit.

From your source:

President Barack Obama’s 2008 campaign was fined $375,000 by the Federal Election Commission for campaign reporting violations — one of the largest fees ever levied against a presidential campaign, POLITICO has learned.

As opposed to:

52 U.S. Code § 30121.Contributions and donations by foreign nationals

Are you confused or intentionally deceptive in your referenced post?

Sure. And some folks base everything on vague references and innuendo, and can't get over one old lady's emails.

There is no doubt that the Russians acted to influence the 2016 election in Trump's favor, and there is no doubt that the Trump Campaign was in communication with the Russians regarding their interference. Now, as we saw Mr. Trump ask Russia to help find Hillary's emails on national TV ... how is it that you can still make reidiculous posts like this?

Erasing evidence after it's officially requested? You mean like the GW Bush White House "losing" 22 million emails that were under Congressional subpoena?

Like that?

I love how willful destruction of evidence is dismissed right here. That's what "obstruction of justice" really looks like.

That's some powerful left you got right there.

The same left that used RUSSIAN LIES to make you believe that POTUS Trump is colluding with the Russians and he must be a Russian puppet, and you ate the lies like they were chocolate cake. To this day you probably still believe these lies even when you know they came directly from RUSSIAN OFFICIALS... So, yeah they are pretty powerful indeed...

I don't actually ever have opportunity to listen to Russian officials. Nor do most from English speaking countries.

We don't even speak the language, so they can prattle on 'till their face goes blue and we're like "ho hum", what a funny fellow going all blue in the face like that.

Isn't it ironic how they want to decide this case in the New York courts despite the fact that the two men were arrested at Dulles International Airport in Virginia?

When it comes to federal crimes, it doesn't really matter where one is arrested.

Attorney General William Barr discussed the case on Thursday with federal prosecutors in Manhattan, where he was making a previously scheduled visit. A Justice Department official said Mr. Barr was supportive of their work on the case, on which he was first briefed shortly after being confirmed as attorney general in February. He was aware on Wednesday night that the pair would be charged and taken into custody last night, the official said.

Information is not considered a thing of value by the FEC, so that's out the door...

If you mean the contributions that were not spent and put into another fund because they thought they were shady and needed investigated?

That's a bad thing to you?

So much grasping at straws, so little actual crime...

It's fun to read you going through this though.

Seems odd that they are all so panicked and running around trying TRYING to spin what's coming...

This was a civil suit a year ago.

Suddenly that changed!!!

Probably just a coincidence...

Seems that was done only after the complaint had been filed. How noble of them.

A spokeswoman for America First Action said the super PAC had placed the contribution in a segregated bank account after a complaint was filed in July 2018 with the FEC.

When did that stop you, or the left? You use false claims to try to impose your views, and agendas daily. Just because he died isn't an excuse for you all to impeach another Republican POTUS...

I am chilled, and in fact want to wait for real facts, unlike you whom once again you want to claim this makes Giuliani and Trump guilty...

So question, why don't you claim the same of the Obama administration? After all, the two men that funneled money into the Obama 2012 campaign attempted to give as campaign donations over $21 million U.S.D.

Nope. No wonder those like you can't differentiate between real crime and fake crimes... Just because the "left-wing media" claims that Giuliani and even POTUS Trump must have been involved doesn't equal to "they are guilty."

Ironic how every time left-wingers like you want to find guilty anything to do with Trump BEFORE the facts are known, but when it comes to the left/Obama/Biden, you want to claim they must be innocent....

This thread is about the FACT that the left-wing media/deep state once again have made guilty people simply because of their political views and nothing more...

Was the Obama campaign charged under 52 USC 30121 or FEC violations?

Might want to slow down on hoisting the scarecrows and read the article first.

(Hint: Violations of 52 USC 30121 aren't adjudicated by the FEC but by the Federal Court system.)
