Hard to say exactly, due to compression artifacts and lack of location data.
But some sort of earthworks would be my first impression.

"Earthworks" is not a building.

If you did/do work in aerospace design, I'd be interested in knowing your opinion on the Astr0 rabbit hole from this site back in 2014.

A steady, knowledgeable member of 7 years suddenly started dropping bombshells about the big black triangles and a secret space force/breakaway civilization based on ancient human tech ...and then laid it all out in a final post before leaving, never to be heard from again.

I would've filed it under a LARP if the whole thing hadn't been so meticulously constructed. Over seven years, he pointed to existing patents and cohesively put it all together with breadcrumbs if one did the fact checking ...and several people I came to trust, here, told me in confidence that he was legit and they had been given personal proof.

My opinion of the rabbit hole hosted by “One Whose Name Shall Not Be Mentioned”, AKA: A***O?

I’ve scratched my head until my skull cracked and my brain caught a chill from the draft!!!

There were some intriguing technical details that could be true. Some theories that sounded like pure B-grade Sci-Fi.

And enough cloak and dagger intrigue to make the whole story a “Netflix Original mini-series” shoe in.

I was tempted at the time (and in my more lucid moments, still am) to write the whole thing off as a complete hoax. But...

I cannot lie. I have had a few too many “odd occurrences (?)” and “interesting coincidences” and “strange dreams” to be entirely dismissive of the narrative.

My involvement in the airship project itself is a story of sometimes inexplicable coincidences.

Come to think of it, I’ll be trying to follow up on a semi-related coincidence tomorrow!

You know what? I don't know what that object is but i do see what looks like a Hanger of some type, can clearly see like an opening going in a circular way from left to right or right to left and the top of it, then it goes out of view but it looks pretty huge or maybe it's an opening to an underground city or something.

because I know your not out to pull a hoax.
I thought it was a video you found from an outside source.

Usually though, and UFO related video with music in the background, I disregard as a hoax or an oddly shot IFO.

But at the same time, I understand how your trying to present the video, and of course you want people to watch it.
