I am not eligible for ordination. There are 38 countries on their list but mine is not included. I sent them an e-mail message complaining about it and received an automatic reply with a link to the FAQs and saying that if the subject-matter of one's inquiry is not included therein then they will probably send a personal answer in the course of the next five business days. What foul luck.

If you mean who would want to become a religiouse leaders then i guess I would. I thought about becoming a priest for a while but i dont know if i am qualified for the position. Then I also thought about gettin married some day and I just decided to stay a failthful catholic.
