Trump’s Stonewalling of Impeachment Inquiry Is an Impeachable Offense

AKA: We must impeach because they are not allowing us to impeach with no evidence. . . ?

Logic is a simple skill, that was once taught in school.

Obviously, the evidence implicating Trump violated the public trust.

I just peed a little bit, yet again.

You really have to stop.

Well then don't click on the link and read the article. You would most like crap on yourself.

I crapped myself once, as an adult.

You're probably not alone considering the age demographic of Trump supporters.

Or the age demographic of the other side, who are apparently still wearing their pampers after 4 years.

Being that this isn't an actual impeachment inquiry, no he isn't. It takes an impeachment inquiry from the judiciary committee for it to be obstruction. This is nothing more than a dog and pony show. It's laughable at best.

Making things official through an actual House vote matters. As it presently stands, without the vote, Trump is only stonewalling a collective of Democrats... that's not illegal, it's not obstruction of Justice, and it certainly isn't impeachable.

I don't get it, Trump wanted a favor to get info on crowdstrike, in no way do I get "if you want our help, you better do as I say" as what seems to be inferred.

This is such desperate B.S, I didn't realize that they make shovel handles that extend to Jupiter.

Technically, Trump could be impeached for picking his nose if the congress critters were so inclined. Much like "Natural Born Citizen," there is no binding legal definition for "high crimes and misdemeanors." So there's that.

But there's more to this, isn't there?

For example, although the article quite gleefully quotes the text message suggesting a demand for an investigation in exchange for aid, no where does the article quote the text which denies that Trump is demanding -- even requesting -- that aid is dependent upon an investigation.

Nor is it mentioned that Trump had serious concerns about whether or not Zelensky was serious about cleaning up their own swamp, which obvious necessarily would include our own swamp creatures' activities in their swamp. Such as the Bidens.

So, yeah, if the critters want to make this an "impeachable" offense, they have that power. But it's because they have that power to make anything an impeachable offense. Not because anything demands or requires it.

And "impeachment" by the House does not mean conviction by the Senate, nor does it mean automatic removal from office, much less any jail time.

What's that smell? Oh right...The stench of desperation...

Call for a house vote then..........crickets

The process is that the House a) investigates and then b) votes on Articles of Impeachment to c) send to the Senate were d) a trial takes place.

No vote is needed for a House investigation of anything much less high crimes and misdemeanors.

the Dems are trying so hard to get his tax records, saying it's a precedent for people running for president to release them.

well there has been a precedent for opening a impeachment investigation. a vote taken in public, witness being called all in the open and not in secret behind closed doors.

they should lead by example and not use double standards. oh wait i forgot these are desperate dems, who are conducting

secret fake investigations so they don't go to jail.

I heard Trump crapped yesterday. That's an impeachable offense. #OrangeManBad

Trump can stonewall all he likes until they vote and get a formal inquiry.

They can do an investigation .. within their scope. The Executive branch is equal and until an actual impeachment is ongoing Executive privilege stands.
