Enlightening find MBSC... I've done some further analysis below reference Qclock and the possible ability to predict the date of other Q posts coming to fruition:

Firstly a reminder of Q1413 and the three important dates:

a) Use ZULU time = 01:15:27 (Hrs, Mins, Secs),
b) The event was posted/predicted at 42nd minute of the Qclock and;
Mins+Secs from timestamp = 15+27 = 42,
c) The event occurred at 16th minute on the Qclock and;
Hrs+Mins from timestamp = 1+15 = 16,

d) The EST datestamp of May 17 2018 points to Qclock because it adds to 5+17+20+18 = 60 (Minute positions)

e) Q1413 date of May 18th ZULU appears on the 5th snake circle of dates around the clock,
Oct 14th 2019 appears on the 14th snake circle of dates around the clock,

f) Assuming a 31 day standard month, The event was predicted on 17th EST and occurred 14th...
17+14 = 31 = number of days in May!

g) The post number is 1413 which represents 14th for the reverse part of the date equation because the 13 is 31 reversed.

Moving on... can we use the findings above, alone, to predict future events from post? The fact that we often have more than 1 post per day and therefore multiple timestamps means that they cannot ALL post to the same date in the future?

So, I think, this must apply to a subset of posts - key prediction dates, if you will.

What points out the subset? Well, I think it is Q477:

Is this saying "Wind the clock to find the event date only when all the Markers (0, 1, 5, 10, 15) appear in the timestamp?

Let's test this with Q1413 timestamp:
a) ZULU timestamp = May 18 2018 01:15:27; which includes:
0, 1, 5, 15 and the 10 = Hrs+secs = 1+2+7... WE HAVE A BINGO!

Now let's RETEST this with Q997... [Pope] will be having a terrible May:
a) ZULU timestamp = Apr 4 2018 01:45:50; which includes:
0, 1, 5 and
Hrs+MIns = 1+4+5 = 10,
Whole timestamp = 1+4+5+5 = 15... WE HAVE A FULL HOUSE!


In conclusion, the DRAFT theory, to be tested on further posts, is:

Where a post timestamp includes ALL of 0, 1, 5, 10 and 15:
a) Add the Mins + Secs and check that the post date appears on that minute on the Q clock,
b) If (a) true then Add the Hrs + Mins to get which minute on the Q clock contains the subset of dates for the event to occur,
c) Subtract the day of the month in the timestamp from the number of days in that month to get the day of the month the event will occur,
d) Read along the minute position, on the Qclock, from (b) looking for a date with the Day from (c).

They are at an American military base in Turkey, with American soldiers in control of them. The Turks have no control over them, other than allowing their presence. If the US pulls them out (we should) Turkey is no longer under our protection.

Not sure the description of the situation in Turkey is complete. The base has Turkish military presence as well. The Turks have already put pressure on the American operations there. If Erdogan wants to do something stupid, I have to wonder how many of those "special" items we could get out on zero notice while under fire. I'm sure there are contingency plans, but we all know plans can go awry once they contact reality.

I would also assert we don't need those weapons there to protect Turkey. Our nuclear triad can hit pretty much anywhere in the world. It seems their presence is more a diplomatic token and status symbol than anything else since the end of the Cold War. (Status symbol for Turkey: in how many other Muslim nations does the USA base such weapons).

Of course, I think the official stance is that we neither confirm nor deny the presence of such items at any given location. It would be funny if the items at the base in Turkey were just authentic appearing mock ups.

Still, I don't like the idea of them serving as dirty bomb material or being handed to the Russians by a Turkish government that wants to show us a huge middle finger.
