My niece lives close to Mobile with a wannabe fisherman. What a life. Fish all day in the Gulf

Sounds like people trying to live their lives without all the 24/7 ideological craziness ... I remember a time like that decades back. Some were on the Left, some on the Right, and a bunch in the center, but most everyone let everyone else be, unlike today.

Lance Corvette, if you read this please give an opinion.

Pardon my speech but this is so f...ed up.

Seems DOJ is now claiming that they mixed up the 302's with Stro ke and Pientka in the Flynn case. All this right after the sur reply by Sidney Powell showing the edits by Lisa Page.

So DOJ now has the 302's attributed to the wrong person and none of the 302's are signed. And they still can't find the original.

Think someone is so screwed and it is'nt Flynn

commentary from CTH

totally different subject on Fara oddities 302's by technofog

Thanks for the #shoutout

I think CTH will do a much better job at analysis than I could - I don't usually do criminal law. As always, I still wonder why Flynn took the plea deal in the first place, and why the judge (second judge?) didn't accept it. Strange proceedings. I never believed the assertion that he did it because of pressure on his son - who is a grown man and can defend himself.

The one thing I will say purely from a trial lawyer pov, is that it's inconceivable to me that a prosecutor hadn't sat down with the key witnesses and reviewed the key documents - hand written notes - before even issuing the indictment, let alone almost two years later.

"These are your notes of the interview?"

"No, they're not."

Basic trial lawyer skill and preparation. Always verify documents for their foundation - who made them, when, why, etc. You should be able to present your case in full on the day you file, not wait until the day it's set for trial.

Imagine if the above dialogue was from defense attorney, on the witness stand.

Some shady manipulation of trafficking tiers for political motives (to further the now failed TPP trade deal) by O admin back in 2014/2015

Feds face blowback

The State Department’s upgrade of Malaysia’s human trafficking status is setting up another clash between Congress and the White House on global trade.

The Trafficking in Persons (TIP) Report released Monday gave Malaysia a boost to the Tier 2 Watch List from Tier 3, the lowest level, a move that could further complicate congressional approval of a massive Trans-Pacific trade pact.

Congressional lawmakers and human rights groups blasted the White House for the report, arguing that there was no justifiable reason to move up Malaysia — one of 12 nations negotiating the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) — other than for political motives.

maybe nothing.... but then there were also those illegal donations to Obama’s campaign via Jho Low through Pras Michael- Fugees rapper

One of the founding members of the hip-hop group the Fugees and a fugitive Malaysian financier have been charged with conspiring to violate federal campaign finance law by funneling millions of dollars worth of foreign money into the 2012 presidential election, the Justice Department said Friday.

A four-count indictment accuses the financier, Low Taek Jho, of transferring more than $21 million from overseas to the rapper Prakazrel Michel, known as Pras, from June 2012 through that November. Prosecutors contend that Mr. Michel then gave $865,000 of that money to a network of straw donors who used it to make campaign contributions to a candidate identified as Candidate A.

While the indictment unsealed on Friday does not specifically name the candidate in question — who is accused of no wrongdoing — it clearly refers to former President Barack Obama.

Full circle?
Where’s that missing Malaysian plane? They can find my thoughts, but not an airplane? 🤦🏽‍♀️😉

Nice work brewtiger on the updates re: Malaysia scandal

Interesting it was mostly the democrats criticizing Obama for this move

Still, criticism — primarily from the political left — piled up in the hours after the report was released.

Rep. Sandy Levin (D-Mich.), the ranking member on the House Committee on Ways and Means, said the “administration’s upgrade of Malaysia in the human trafficking report — without evidence of significant changes on the ground — is extremely concerning.”

Levin, who has traveled to Hawaii for what could be the final round of TPP talks, said that “instead of paving the way for Malaysia’s participation in TPP, we should be working on actions that Malaysia should be taking to come into compliance” with international labor standards that ban forced labor.

Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.), who has been rallying opposition to TPP, said that human trafficking is rife in Malaysia.

Scandal free, though, right?

2019 state dept update

Official complicity remained a serious concern. The 2015 discovery of migrant camps and mass graves in Wang Kelian, containing bodies of suspected Rohingya and Bangladeshi victims of extortion, torture, and other crimes, fueled reports that corrupt officials facilitated migrant smuggling and in some cases trafficking crimes.

Since 2015, NGOs and media have continued to allege official complicity in the Wang Kelian camps through inaction on reports of the camps prior to 2015 and misconduct in the investigation of the camps and the crimes perpetrated there. In 2016, the government convicted four foreign nationals for people smuggling related to the camps; however, authorities had not brought charges against any Malaysian official or private citizen, despite such allegations.

In March 2019, the Human Rights Commission of Malaysia and a NGO published a report investigating the events leading up to the mass graves and the government’s response. The report alleged the smugglers and traffickers benefited from corrupt Malaysian border officials who demanded bribes to allow vehicles through the border without conducting proper inspections.

Further, the report alleged authorities may have committed obstruction of justice when a senior police officer ordered the destruction of all potential evidence, including the camps and mass graves, one day after their discovery.

The Republican Governor was much hated by most here in KY. I never heard anyone have a good word to say about him in real life. Personally I hated both the Republican and Democratic options on the ballot.

I voted Libertarian for Governor (as well as three or four other options).

Edit to add... I would not take his getting voted for or voted out as a bell-weather for any other elections. He was just hated.

Good morning, everyone.

I mentioned this a couple days ago but I didn't provide any links because it's just a rumor. This re tic tac UFOs. Here are a couple dudes talking about them on some radio show.

The host of the show is a Fox news contributor. This guy.

The reason I bring this up now is because of something said during the interview. The guy claims that China has this technology as well. Well, if we go back to the Kim Clement prophecies that dude claims that half way through Trump's presidency the US and China will come together to provide the world a new energy source.

Dunno about all this, but I found it interesting enough to share.

I wonder if this isn't all part of the plan? We will wait a long time for an answer to that question, I think.

I never believed the assertion that he did it because of pressure on his son - who is a grown man and can defend himself.

As far as the son goes, the people Flynn is dealing with (black hats) will not have any qualms about planting child porn on a loved ones computer in order to secure a guilty plea by blackmail. That is a difficult charge to fight when you are dealing with an alphabet agency that can pull it off easily and cover its tracks.

Project Veritas having 400k subscribers is pretty impressive. They are well-established.

Thinking about the Epstein situation like a chess match, it seems like maybe he was used as the sacrificial pawn or rook to draw out the Queen to her demise.

He was arrested for various crimes, under the guise of an actual prosecution. Of which, he would put all of the other black pieces at risk. So, once the Black Queen made her move and struck him down, NSA/intel could mop up evidence of murder and conspiracy.

It would certainly cut down on paperwork, instead of prosecuting all of their untold crimes, inc ones they have pardons for.

Specially if most of them had presidential pardon letter from Obama
have to get them on something new

I came pretty close to getting mauled by probably a 400 lb black bear while I was taking my garbage out to the curb one morning, but he couldn't fit through between two large industrial bins in his way. I dropped my bags and backed off slowly while he stared at me. It was a scary moment. I've never shot any.

Has there been anymore from that last *Anon that said Hillary would f&$^ over Warren and announce her run for office in Nov?

I ask because it looks like Warren is being set up by the liberal media to fall.

Nobody really likes Warren. More than one Silicon Valley CEO has said that he'll support Trump before he supports Warren, because her policies would be so anti-business.

In other 4:00AM bot news... Dems are claiming a win in KY but not confirmed at this moment. Sure would be a step backwards if true but Dems have been known to rig elections amongst many other crimes. The rally was packed hard to believe this race to even be close. I went to Lex KY 3 weeks ago for the first time got a schooling in bourbon at Woodford Reserve distillery. Restaurants were packed economy doing great racetrack full of happy folks spending money. Would hate to see any place come under control by the do nothing dems. 2019 Year of the boomerang will expose the deceit.

From what I'm hearing, the Republican governor in Kentucky is very unpopular. He was down 15-20 points before Trump started campaigning for him. GOP is still crediting Trump with helping to boost the other Republican candidates.

Sure, I'll track and share updates on the Malaysian 1MDB.
Hollywood is also involved in this as some of the funds helped make "The Wolf of Wall Street".

The Economist owners:

Pearson PLC held a 50% shareholding via The Financial Times Limited until August 2015; at that time Pearson sold their share in the Economist. The Agnelli family's Exor paid £287m to raise their stake from 4.7% to 43.4%, while the Economist paid £182m for the balance of 5.04m shares which will be distributed to current shareholders. Aside from the Agnelli family, smaller shareholders in the company include Cadbury, Rothschild (21%), Schroder, Layton and other family interests as well as a number of staff and former staff shareholders.

Hillary/Obama Emailgate
29 Oct 2017 - 9:58:37 PM
Why wasn’t HRC prosecuted for the emails? Put simply, Obama ultimately OK’d by using the non govt email addy to communicate w/ Clinton. Obama also had an alias along with each of his cabinet members. Therefore indicting HRC would lead to indicting Obama & his cabinet etc which could never happen. Remember he lied about knowing but that ultimately came out in the dump. Poof!
