Now it's all becoming clearer. The "second" whistleblower mentioned in the press this past weekend, is the firsthand whistleblower.

Word is, this firsthand Whistleblower worked within the Trump administration, and has not yet formally filed a whistleblower complaint. It's possible that he never will.

This Trump administration insider fed what he believed (hoped?) was damaging anti-Trump information to the first whistleblower...the one we've been hearing about over the past 2 weeks.

Immediately after learning second-hand information from a White House official about President Trump’s July 25 phone call with the president of Ukraine, the first whistleblower wrote a dramatic personal memo, saying the White House official characterized the call as “crazy” and “frightening,” Fox News has learned.

In the two-page, single-spaced memo on July 26, the day after the Trump-Zelensky phone call, the whistleblower wrote: “The following is a record of a conversation I had this afternoon with a White House official about the telephone call yesterday morning between President Trump and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky.”

The whistleblower wrote that the conversation with the unnamed White House official “only lasted a few minutes, and as a result, I only received highlights.”

In contrast to a publicly released transcript of the July 25 phone call, the two-page memo used dramatic language. According to the memo, the White House official “described the (July 25th) call as ‘crazy,’ ‘frightening,’ and ‘completely lacking in substance related to national security.’”

Some conservative pundits and pro-Trump "expert observers" are speculating that the person who said these things to the Whistleblower about the phone call President Trump had with the President of Ukraine, was JOHN BOLTON, who at the time was the White House National Security Advisor.

Perhaps President Trump got wind of this around Labor Day, which is why he suddenly fired John Bolton on September 10th.

Bolton fired by Trump: www.npr.org...

So what do you think ATS? In your opinion, is it a good possibility that potential Whistleblower #2 (who had first hand info), is JOHN BOLTON?

The "second" whistleblower mentioned in the press this past weekend, is actually a potential whistleblower, because he has not formally filed a complaint yet.
There is no requirement that a complaint be "filed" to have protection under the law.

Making a Protected Disclosure may be as informal as a conversation with your direct supervisor to a formal submission to an IG Hotline, or even a disclosure to an intelligence committee of Congress."

That would be awesome. He knows all kinds of stuff about Trump. But I doubt it.

The Trump administration has been slashing red-tape and regulations. Whistleblowing and Impeaching is now easy-peasy!

The Whistleblower Hoax(s) got shot in the ass right away because they never thought Trump would release the phone call 😎

The law was written before the Trump administration existed.

Two different things. Whistleblowing should be easy, or it won't happen. Impeachment is not meant to be easy, and isn't.

Cory "Spartacus" Booker wasn't on the phone call. John Bolton probably was. Will be interesting to find out if he was or was not.

Perhaps the Top Secret server where conversations/transcripts are stored, wasn't involved at all.

Impeachment may be easier if the articles are constructed in "secrecy" behind closed doors.

The last thing I want to hear about right now is another STING being prepared. There's already a backlog. Someone at the DOJ needs to pull da trigger on at least one of them!

The would be the opinion of that writer. Says so right there.

Opinion

Articles of impeachment are voted on by the full house. That's how it works. That's not really very secrety.

There could be a thousand unnamed whistleblowers.
For all we know.
Cause you know everyone get to weigh in on diplomacy and foreign relations right?

Good point and 100% True. If President Trump had done what any dignified, proper, traditional President would have done, the Trump/UKR call transcript would never NEVER EVER be made public.

The Whistleblower's claims that President Trump said horrible, traitorous, disgusting things to the President of Ukraine during that call, would have consumed our liberal terrorists in the MSM every day/night to the present moment.

Schiff is constructing the impeachment articles with Pelosi's specially hired House Attorney. No rebuttal or counter arguments are allowed from Republicans, even if they were informed of what the Impeachment Articles claim. Pelosi changed the internal House impeachment procedures.

One day, Pelosi will roll them out, and the full House will vote on them, one by one. Those articles that receive a majority of "yes" votes, will be forwarded to the Senate.

For those who haven't seen "Articles of Impeachment", here are those that were approved against President Bill Clinton.

it's already been postulated that the 20 minute call sure reads fast.

Some think there is more that has not been released.

the debunk answer is that it's the time it takes to translate.

well I have no idea if that is true or not.

one would seem that the President would have someone doing translation live

unless they use mutiple translators, like the stenographers,to come up with a consensus

If the whistle blower was Bolton I would love to see the left get behind Bolton as their personal hero.

Call me crazy but from trumps recent actions I suspect his bromance with Israel is ending and he has figured out who is pulling the strings

It may be a figment of Nancy Pelosi's imagination.

So , does this mean the Dems finally found a fall - person/stooge ?
Gonna throw that one completely under the bus if this doesn't go well.
