What scientific consensus might that be? The Catholic Church didn't allow such a thing. The Pope was the authority and facts were heresy.

Well the strange thing is, certain people don’t seemTo care that China is a bigger polluter than the US... but we are the target. The reason is that China is still communist and the Democrat communists want America knocked down a notch to put us in our place... you know because of the affluence. You know the proponents of UN Agenda 21 have said that there is too much affluence in the West and specifically state things like eating meat and having air conditioning and living in large homes.
