Word is Trump is sending a demand letter to the Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi !!

It concerns Nancy's Democrat swindling of the impeachment process in The House !!

A full vote has NOT been taken to formally open an Impeachment Inquiry Process.

Apparently Democrats have side-stepped and now enjoy a few luxuries that would not be available if a full vote approved an inquiry.

We already know from some recent hearings that Democrat controlled Committees are limiting Republican participation.

Stuff like "Staff questioning" and "certain subpoena powers" etc.

DEMAND LETTER !! 😃

Trump is threatening to hold back all "requests" from House Committees until they VOTE !!

Scoop: Trump letter dares Pelosi to hold vote on impeachment inquiry

The White House is planning to send Speaker Nancy Pelosi a letter as soon as Friday arguing that President Trump and his team can ignore lawmakers' demands until she holds a full House vote formally approving an impeachment inquiry, 2 sources familiar with the letter tell Axios.

Why it matters: By putting in writing the case that Trump and his supporters have been making verbally for days, the White House is preparing for a court fight and arguing to the public that its resistance to Congress' requests is justified.

Trump wants to force House Democrats in vulnerable races to be on the record if they favor pursuing impeachment, these sources tell us.
Republicans also say the minority party can exert more influence over hearings and other aspects of an inquiry once it is formalized with a vote.
By calling this an inquiry without holding a vote, Pelosi and the Democratic committee chairmen are having it both ways, one official said. "They want to be a little bit pregnant."

😁

It seems that things will come crashing down all around the Dems with all the investigations into them. Trump and his followers have had enough and are standing their ground.

TRUMP 2020!

Except for the ones who represent Red districts. They are worried about their impending political suicide.

LOL! And if they do vote and the vote passes, we can all expect Trump to back all requests from the House Committee?

Once again, LOL!

This is a great move.

He should taunt her at every press gaggle. If the Democrats have such a great impeachment case - vote on it.

He should literally say come on Nancy I dare you! If you won't vote it's because you know it's BS and are using it as an election strategy. No matter what happens it will help Trump.

Even if they actually get the votes in the house - going to an actual trial in the senate would devastate the Democrats.
All the evidence Trump wants out would be on display on National TV, and the senate would vote against impeachment in affect clearing him to the ignorant voters - and as a bonus further enraging the TDS sufferers.

That’s the thing...they don’t have a case and they know it.
They want to drag it out with 10 fishing expeditions.
Either way, it’s going to blow up in their stupid faces.

Maybe you are a Dem with an election coming up, maybe you dont want to back an impeachment based off BS allegations/info.. this is why Trump is pushing this.... And let me ask you this, if Trump is so obviously guilty of all the Left keeps claiming, why dont they start the impeachment process now? Its their duty. If they truly believe Trump broke the law and deserves to be impeached, then start the process.... This is just like when they were pushing the Green New Deal, and then it was pushed to an immediate vote and many from the left didnt want to back it anymore... remember that? It wasnt too long ago...

Which is exactly why this is a good move. Force them to put their flimsy case on full display.

The media has to cover the impeachment trial - and there is no way they will be able to spin that.

The "requests" transition into demands/subpeonas if/when a vote formalizes the process. As it stands now, a single party in Congress is doing all they can legally do, which is request documents and testimony, while falsely advertising it as some sort of legal mandate to comply with the requests.

Glad you don't understand the "process" and the "equalizing" in the Committees.

If you did, well never mind 😃🎯

Since politics appears to be a new thing for you, let me help.

There are approximately 100 Democrats in the House that are up for re-election that represent districts that Trump won.

If Trump's overall approval rating stays above 30% or so (it will) then at least 70% of those Democrats who vote "yes" to actual impeachment proceedings will lose their seats to a Republican this election.

Thus turning the House back to a Republican majority and Nancy loses the gavel.

Nancy had no idea when she started this process that Schiff coached the current rouge CIA spy on his Whistleblower complaint.

Without a full vote of the House for impeachment proceedings, there isn't even an actual impeachment.

Hell, Shiff doesn't even have subpoena power until that happens.

So yes... PLEASE let's get that vote going!

That isn't exactly a negative for Democrats. That's what their voters want.

It makes a lot of sense. Why pay lawyers millions of dollars in defense if the impeachment vote fails.
