Go figure, if Schiff used lies, how do you know then that the parody, may not be a parody...given that Schiff is supposed to know all about the complaint in the first place?
are you saying then, that it's all lies that everyone who might support the DP, gets on board with, automatically?....much the same as everyone who might support the RP's, current President who lies constantly, and so well known to do so...with in some cases, RP's supporters here, their blessings...bless them....almighty Gawd. Sheesh!

Schiff and Pelosi appear to be co-conspirators in several scandals.

There is one penalty for Treason.

Pelosi is a crazy old bat. She got pushed right into the pit with Schiffty by The Squad.

Let 'em all swing from a tall tree and a short piece of rope.

If the President doesn't have them charged before Election Day ... I'm voting for 'the other guy'. Can't re-elect a President that's incompetent, can we?

treason is over used by both sides its the only crime defined by the Constitution and as no one was aiding or abetting iraq/afganistan/isis none on either side fit the legal definition

en.wikipedia.org... as much as the left is tired of rights shenanigans none of them fit the bill and same for the rights views of dem shenanigans

Section 3 defines treason and its punishment. Treason against the United States, shall consist only in levying War against them, or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort. No Person shall be convicted of Treason unless on the Testimony of two Witnesses to the same overt Act, or on Confession in open Court. The Congress shall have Power to declare the Punishment of Treason, but no Attainder of Treason shall work Corruption of Blood, or Forfeiture except during the Life of the Person attainted. The Constitution defines treason as specific acts, namely "levying War against [the United States], or in adhering to their Enemies, giving them Aid and Comfort." A contrast is therefore maintained with the English law, whereby crimes including conspiring to kill the King or "violating" the Queen, were punishable as treason. In Ex Parte Bollman, 8 U.S. 75 (1807), the Supreme Court ruled that "there must be an actual assembling of men, for the treasonable purpose, to constitute a levying of war."[17] Under English law effective during the ratification of the U.S. Constitution, there were essentially five species of treason.[citation needed] Of the five, the Constitution adopted only two: levying war and adhering to enemies. Omitted were species of treason involving encompassing (or imagining) the death of the king, certain types of counterfeiting, and finally fornication with women in the royal family of the sort which could call into question the parentage of royal successors. James Wilson wrote the original draft of this section, and he was involved as a defense attorney for some accused of treason against the Patriot cause. The two forms of treason adopted were both derived from the English Treason Act 1351. Joseph Story wrote in his Commentaries on the Constitution of the United States of the authors of the Constitution that:
so unless armies of our enemies start showing up and levying war treason is a non sell ,shady yes possibly illegal sure but not treason

Very good question my friend.
You can rest assured that the Democrats are also confused on how politics work in America.
They are supposed to be working for the people of America, but they still can’t get over losing in 2016.

Yep
Schiff had the complaint before it was filled.
Game over.

The whistleblower begins his report by stating, “I am reporting an “urgent concern” in accordance with the procedures outlined in 50 U.S.C 3033, paragraph (k) (5) (a).”

www.usatoday.com...

50 U.S.C 3033 is the law that relates to whistleblowers in the Intelligence Community; here is a pointer to paragraph (k) (5) (a):

www.law.cornell.edu...

Here’s the relevant part:
“An employee of an element of the Intelligence Community …….who intends to report to Congress a complaint or information with respect to an urgent concern may report such complaint or information to the Inspector General.”

Paragraph (k) says, in part:
“An individual who has submitted a complaint or information to the Inspector General under this section may notify any member of either of the congressional intelligence committees, or a staff member of either of such committees, of the fact that such individual has made a submission to the Inspector General, and of the date on which such submission was made.”

But, The Intelligence Community whistleblower website also gives a whistleblower more options:
“Making a Protected Disclosure may be as informal as a conversation with your direct supervisor to a formal submission to an IG Hotline, or even a disclosure to an intelligence committee of Congress……”

www.dni.gov...

As I understand the timeline, the whistleblower (a CIA employee) first went to the CIA’s top lawyer with the complaint and it was the CIA’s lawyer who went to the White House and the DOJ. I imagine that the White house and DOJ leaned on the CIA to not release the complaint to congress, the same way they leaned on the DNI to not release it. So, the whistleblower went to a staff member of the House Intelligence Committee, which the law clearly permits. The staff member advised the whistleblower to get a lawyer, get in touch with the IG for the Intelligence Community, and then notified Chairman Schiff, but did not reveal the individual’s identity to Schiff.

www.nytimes.com...

I can’t see any place here where the whistleblower, the staffer, or Schiff broke any law or did anything unethical.

Schiff denied knowing about the complaint before hand. This has now ben revealed as a lie.

Edit: Also, if you recall the Kavenaugh confirmation hearings, that mentally ill woman went to one of the Dems (I want to say Elizabeth Warren, but I'm not sure), and she very conveniently hooked her up with a DNC lawyer to help her "remember" what happened.

That lawyer recently admitted it was all a load of crap, and they were just using that lady for political purposes.

If only every person in a hearing were under oath to tell the truth and risk perjury for telling falsehoods...

Its not a crisis its the savior of humanity!

''we must impeach Trump or else he will win'' - Democratic mindset

Trumps done more to expose to the corruption and elitist deep swamp than any American in history. When all is said and done in 2024 the US Will look vastly different and books will be written about what he accomplished

correct, they even waited 4 days after the form was changed.

Oh wait you didn't include that the information submitted was second hand.

why?

was it an oversite on your part or was it on purpose.

and yes, it's quite relevant.

Just like the Emails that exposed the DNC deceit were stolen, but the question is was it Rich or Russia.

that was never really cleared up.

but again, why did you overlook the fact the the WB information is not first hand?

Allegedly, the WB originally said it WAS first hand and second hand knowledge
but the form only says second hand now.

Your version or what?

To take, seize, or possess by force any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof.
Free Speech, Sedition, and Treason

'in order to get a conviction for seditious conspiracy, the government must prove that the defendant in fact conspired to use force. Simply advocating for the use of force is not the same thing and in most cases is protected as free speech under the First Amendment. For example, two or more people who give public speeches suggesting the need for a total revolution "by any means necessary" have not necessarily conspired to overthrow the government. Rather, they're just sharing their opinions, however unsavory. But actively planning such an action (distributing guns, working out the logistics of an attack, actively opposing lawful authority, etc.) could be considered a seditious conspiracy.'
criminal.findlaw.com...

So, it's probably less exacting to go for Treason, something that Donald needs to consider carefully, since just about everyone in government has hinted...forcefully but likely wrongly..in the law that is, that Trump himself is guilty of Treason, since they were not forceful enough.

'The accused supported an enemy of the United States or undermined the United States without necessarily supporting a specific enemy;
The accused had the specific intent to betray one's country; and
The accused must have committed an "overt act" of treason (in other words, an active attempt to commit treason and not just mere intent).'

Then why lie about knowing of the complaint before hand ? Schiff also sent staff members to Ukraine around the same time frame. He also has strong connections to a Russian arms dealer, who has family connections in the Ukrainian government. The arms dealers company is in Schiffs district. The same dealer has contributed and sponsored fund raisers for Schiff campaign.

Schiff is a major proponent of foreign aid, specifically military aid. He was instrumental in helping direct military aid to Ukraine which then purchases weapons from what arms dealer. Its things that make you go hmm...corruption is not necessarily a one sided affair

Sedition includes resistance to a qualified authority.

the left has been screaming resistance since before President Trump took Office, the Next day after Trump won the election they were screaming "resist"

Brennan just asked "whislteblowers" to come forward with any broken laws they may know of.

I wonder how many covert CIA operations could be construed as "illegal", I wonder how many have been hidden from President Trump, because he is a "risk" (wont "pay for play"

who oversees the 3 letter agencies?

I thought the left said words count?

Yeah sure
The whistleblower contacted schiff directly AT THE LEAST he should have recused himself.
He did not.
He lied, MULTIPLE times.

The whistleblower complaint is corrupt.

Using it to attemt to unseat a pitus via impeachment is vile.

The American public don't like cheaters.
Especially after you been tellin us how bad he is.
Then you gotta cheat to get him?

Lol
