Why can I see a wave of spam?

I bet alot of people below 200 posts are going to post a bunch of meaningless threads.

The chat works for me just fine.

Use the chat button at the top of the site. The physical name of the page that launches chat has changes.

When clicking the Chat Link the popup displays a 404 saying: The requested URL /forum/client/atsflashchat.php was not found on this server.

And when going to www.abovetopsecret.com... theres also a 404.

In IE6 and FireFox.
