Weak evidence, fake evidence and outright lies are openly supported by those afflicted with TDS.

Perfectly acceptable to every one of them

As you well know.

Bad examples then?

They provide a recognizable heads up for anyone trapped in this storm about where things may end up. The Clinton body count also has some options for where things might go as well. Providing testimony against them is developing a trend of being bad for ones health. It is an important heads up and something that needs to be considered for ones own personal safety.

There have been calls for war from both sides of the debate. The strong disparity between stories in the media reflect this growing tension. A cold civil war is a good term for it. The sides of the debates are established, so lets work through it.

For those who violate the law?
Ok.

Lots of different laws out there. Getting the legal and political system to work through these conflicts fairly takes time. It has plenty of torque when it does.

Yes I know. When Democrats see REAL evidence and REAL criminal charges coming against them from the Department of Justice, it will cause the "Deer In The Headlights" effect. Total PARALYSIS for an hour or two.

By comparison, Trump's alleged crimes will be akin to smoking a reefer...A big nothing-burger.

The "whistleblower" and his/her attorney are SCUM.

Of course they are. They said bad things about your Dear Leader.

Don't worry. Everything will be fine.

Sorry Phage, that is OUR dear leader

Or did you renounce your citizenship yet???

at least you admit your bias

Adam Schiff leaked it. Schiff had the whistleblower info for 2 months, but realized that it was weak. So he hid it until his people can change the definition of whistle-blower to hearsay, then he leaked it and blame Trump for a cover-up.

But that can't possibly be true, the Democrats never lie, cheat, or steal

only the DNC does that.

Spying on a United States President is most likely a crime,
Keep in mind this person works for, or worked for the CIA.

Not a

The whole "spy" narrative isn't going to hold up. It's something Donald Trump said and then everyone rushed around trying to validate it any way they can. The whistleblower went through the proper channels and followed the law the correct way.

But that law was conveniently changed to include hearsay and not only requiring first hand knowledge.
And most likely changed to include this because they already knew that it was hearsay and couldn't use it unless they changed the rules.

Well this whistle-blower won't end up stranded in Moscow with a passport revoked Snowden style will he/she?

Since they followed the letter of the law (as opposed to Snowden), one would hope not.

But with this administration and its judges, who knows?

Wasn't that law changed just a couple days before the news came on this "whistleblower"? Odd timing.

Shocked another one represented by that porn lawyer hasn't popped up.

Right. But the whistleblower addressed his/her concerns to the intelligence committees of the Senate and House, via the IG. Right?

Not the media. Right?

The whistleblower followed the law to the letter. Right?

Ummm...no...no the rumormonger didn't...what he followed was the newly printed version...just in time for this complaint that said rumormonger hearsay was allowed...instead of first person accounts...

So letter of law...not so much...

This is a setup and even you know that if you were being...credible...

1) The WB identity is known. It is known to Trump, major members of the House, some media personalities, and even diligent researchers in the public. How can the testimony of the WB be considered valid without an identity to validate?

2) Closed door session would not need and would actually hinder the WB’s testimony with identity removed.

3) Cross examination. Facing your accusers, competent representation, etc are all part of Due Process. You cannot have an impeachment without proper due process. Ask Hilary, she was fired from the team over trying to deny it to Nixon in her brief to the point of not being able to introduce Articles of Impeachment.

4) Once the identity and motivation behind the WB are apparent, some people are going to be seething with rage at the Democrats, quite a number of those people will be Democrats...but not much longer.

Ummm...the Law...?

There was no law change...wasn't it just someone printing a version with first person changed to rumor monger...?
