Are possibly confusing me with another poster, do all us Scots look the same to you or something...

The rhetoric is so similar you couldn't get a cigarette paper between.

We are saying completely different things, you just can't understand the accent...

Just a casual observation.

I think its indicative of the general dismay and disgust that the majority of British people have for our politicians and the political system they represent that we are only one week away from probably the most important General Election most of us have lived through and there seems to be a complete lack of comment and observation of the issues that many of us feel so passionate about.
It seems we are so disengaged and dare I say it disillusioned.

That speaks volumes about the absolutely shocking and atrocious state of affairs we find ourselves in.

The British people deserve far, far better than what they are being force fed by our politicians of ALL party's.

I have never seen a GE like this. The lies on all sides are just coming thick and fast.
Disgusted that the latest London atrocity was so quickly politicised.
Really cant stand Jo Swinson though.
Her popularity is tanking and could have a real affect on the result.
All total gits.
God help us if we get Steptoe and wee Krankie though.

If this is the best Britain has to offer......?
I think I'll sell up and go find me a little place in some obscure part of the world and wallow in ignorance.

Surely we can better than this?

If you think about it we've operated without anything remotely resembling a functioning government since Cameron bailed out....with a bit of fine tuning maybe that is the way forward?

Headlines

*You cant trust Corbyn* .............*You cant trust Johnson*

So do we end up with the least untrustworthy.....rather than the best!

Or do we take the 'bull by the horns' and vote for the only party who

no ifs and buts has promised we WILL LEAVE regardless.

I think tactical voting is inconsistent and impractical and rarely gives

the desired result!

Surely we can better than this?

You would think so........

I think I am going to take a deep breath and vote for the outsider regardless

Nothing could be worse than whats in the offing.

"At least 135,000 children in Britain to be homeless at Christmas"

Headlines like this should make anyone but hardcore heartless bastards think twice about supporting another 5 years of Tory rule.

Wee bit of Jonny Pie on the matter.

At least 135,000 children will be homeless and living in temporary accommodation across Britain on Christmas day

Ah, election week. The shills are are out in force.
So, accordig to the left wing rag you linked, not homeless then. Living in temporary accomodation.
Most of the problem - over 50% of it - and the rise is coming from London.
Perhaps Londoners need to start kicking out Labour in their constituencies and elect a Tory mayor.

I liked the video of the over emotional, extremist little #, though. Lot's of REEEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Living in temporary accomodation means just that.
Homeless, as the left wing rag knows, envokes images of kids on streets huddled in the cold.
Pathetic electioneering headlines.
Besides looks to be mainly a Labour area issue.

Well, at least it's not ""desperate"" for poor weans or dead bodies.

Who was Jimmy's best pal, Maggie who?

Coburns, not my hero, LoL, he is, however, the lesser of two evils.

Most of the problem eh?

Aye, 320,000 of them at the last count.

How many council houses and affordable accommodation have the Tories produced in the past decade?

That would be little to none.

Your article you linked says that 88,000 of the 135,000 are in London.
Why the pivot?
Looks like it's mainly a Labour issue.
Tut tut.

That may be your view but it's not how its used in government statistics.

Possibly consider that wealthier areas with less homelessness are more likely to vote Tory.

Those are children.

We have around 320,000 homeless people nationwide.

Its not Labour nor Coburn that's been known to burn £50 notes around poor tramps.

That's your side.

And thats not the half of it.

I doubt the Guardian article was intended to provoke a serious debate on Govt statistics or definitions.
It's a left wing rag with a headline leading up to an election.
