www.abovetopsecret.com...

I showed that Biden threatened to withhold a billion dollars to the Ukraine until they fired a prosecutor that happened to be investigating his son.

People on ats and all over gave two defenses for Biden for this (even in that thread)

1. The investigation into bidens sons company was over.

2. Biden son being investigated had nothing to do with why biden wanted the prosecutor fired. He wanted him fired because he was corrupt.

I showed why that was not a defense, but hey, I was told all the media outlets said that was the case, so I was wrong.

Now we have new evidence that Bidens sons company, Burisma, own defense attorneys show not only was the investigation ongoing after the prosecutor was fired, but they tried to set up a meeting with the new interim prosecutor the day the old one was fired, and did meet with him a week later

These defense attorneys for Burisma admitted that Shokin, the fired prosecuotr, was not corrupt, and in fact was investigating Burisma very hard. And they apologized that us officials were spreading disinofrmation about Shokin

Thats Bidens own sons companies lawyers, saying Biden lied, shokin was not corrupt.

Burisma’s own accounting records show that it paid tens of thousands of dollars while Hunter Biden served on the board of an American lobbying and public relations firm, Blue Star Strategies, run by Sally Painter and Karen Tramontano, who both served in President Bill Clinton’s administration.

...

At the time, Blue Star worked in concert with an American criminal defense lawyer, John Buretta, who was hired by Burisma to help address the case in Ukraine. The case was settled in January 2017 for a few million dollars in fines for alleged tax issues.

...

On March 29, 2016, the day Shokin’s firing was announced, Buretta asked to speak with Yuriy Sevruk, the prosecutor named to temporarily replace Shokin, but was turned down, the memos show.

Blue Star, using the Ukrainian embassy worker it had hired, eventually scored a meeting with Sevruk on April 6, 2016, a week after Shokin’s firing. Buretta, Tramontano and Painter attended that meeting in Kiev, according to Blue Star’s memos.

Sevruk memorialized the meeting in a government memo that the general prosecutor’s office provided to me, stating that the three Americans offered an apology for the “false” narrative that had been provided by U.S. officials about Shokin being corrupt and inept.

“They realized that the information disseminated in the U.S. was incorrect and that they would facilitate my visit to the U.S. for the purpose of delivering the true information to the State Department management,” the memo stated.

The memo also quoted the Americans as saying they knew Shokin pursued an aggressive corruption investigation against Burisma’s owner, only to be thwarted by British allies: “These individuals noted that they had been aware that the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine had implemented all required steps for prosecution … and that he was released by the British court due to the underperformance of the British law enforcement agencies.”

thehill.com...

You get that? Burisma, Bidens sons company that was being investigated, had its own lawyers meet with the new prosecutors one week after Shokin (the prosecutor biden had fired) was fired. They told the new prosecutor that US officals (Biden and company) were spreading lies about Shokin being corrupt, and that actually Shokin was aggressively investigated Bursimas owner.

That meas Biden lied.

So now we know Biden had the prosecutor looking into his osn fired, and Bidens sons companies own laywers say the reaosn biden gave for getting tha guy was a lie.

SO why isnt there an investigation into Biden again? the media lied about this since 2016. They said the investigation into Bursima was over when biden had the prosecutor fire; that was a lie. We know that Bidens sons companies own lawyers say Biden lied aboutr Shokin being corrupt.

The only two defenses given fro Bidens actions were wrong.

And meanwhile, the dems are saying trump trying to get this info from Ukraine, that they have been trying to give to the US about this corruption, is a crime.

In other words, its a crime to investigate democrats crimes.

Please watch my video on this. It long, but it wraps up the whole situation with more info than is in this thread.

I watched Ben Shapiro, obviously nothing resembling a liberal say this morning that “the Biden thing looked like there is nothing there”..

For a hard core conservative to concede that, that means it was VERY above board..

There is a blatantly obvious difference here..

Everyone on both sides and in every branch of intelligence agreed the prosecutor was uniquely corrupt..

There is no proof Biden’s son is.. this is only a fishing expedition.. maybe it might find something, but not because they had evidence of wrong doing..

They just don’t think he was qualified for the appointment he got..that is not criminal..

By those standards every single trump appointee should be investigated, including his kids.. they all got government jobs..

The DOJ needs to name a special prosecutor to make sure nobody is ever above the law 😎

In other words, you ignore all the evidence because shapiro says there is nothing there, even though this info came out after shapiros show today.

Great work!

There's a saying. It goes something like that: When exposing the truth is treated as a crime, you are being ruled by criminals. Trump was trying to get Joe Biden's corruption investigated. Unlike the Dems' arguments that Trump obstructed justice or violated the emoluments clause, this care isn't really open to debate. What Biden did is a textbook example of obstructing justice. This is well-documented, and in fact we have a video recording Biden admitting to it. There is also a solid paper trail that Biden and his family have accepted millions of dollars in bribes from Ukraine, China, and probably several other countries. That the Dems think investigating all of this should be treated as a crime shows that they have the mentality of gangsters.

I was just reading some commentary in a Gateway Pundit article that made a point worth repeating. The House is going on a 2-week recess tomorrow, and despite Nancy Pelosi "officially supporting an impeachment inquiry," she has made no effort to schedule a vote to actually begin any such inquiry. This is important, because she has no authority to unilaterally begin any kind of inquiry; it has to be voted on. The same can be said about Adam Schiff and Jerry Nadler. Despite being the heads of their committees, neither has actually attempted to have the committee began an impeachment inquiry.

The likely upshot is: This is all for show, to try to hurt Trump's re-election chances. There isn't going to be an impeachment vote, because in all likelihood no impeachment inquiry will ever be initiated.

Investigation of what? Do you mean they don't want impeachment proceedings? The truth doesn't just purify, it scalds those that attempt to hide it. They are just trying to get ahead of the information within the Fisa Report before it becomes available.

I've never been more angry over politics in my entire life.

I'm so seething mad that I really have to hold my tongue and check any posts three time before hitting "reply".

I can't be the only one that feels this way. I watched Grambler's stream yesterday. I tried cracking a joke or two, but his anger is more than palpable and he was on a major roll.

Now these schmucks get to take another vacation. Such a serious national emergency, but not enough for Nancy and the Shifty one to cancel those sure to be opulent vacation plans.

Disgusting doesn't begin to describe it.

Nothing there regarding Biden's ne'er do well son obtaining a Cinderella fairy tale windfall (rags to riches) treasure chest just because he was the VP's son AND had no particular skills for the job hired for? Shapiro was a *never Trumper* and some of that bathroom tissue has stuck to his heels.

Why YES I make it up without reading anything TomLawless; do you not know how to edit the OP's statement for your reply to read crisply/succinctly?
Of course they don't want THAT investigation, I have an announcement: dogs bark, fish swim; what else is new?

I have mentioned this a couple of times in threads the last few days but it seemed to fall on deaf ears. The case was in fact reopened in 2018 by the new replacement prosecutor. This was right after Biden was bragging about having the prosecutor fired.

Below is part of what I’d posted in another thread.

Nazar Kholodnytskyi, the lead anti-corruption prosecutor in Lutsenko's office, confirmed to me in an interview that part of the Burisma investigation was reopened in 2018, after Joe Biden made his remarks. "We were able to start this case again," Kholodnytskyi said.

There was also a completely different ongoing case here in the states which had uncovered more financial dirt on “boomerang” Biden and son.

Here, let me cheer you up a little bit. Let them go on vacation. Let them have the time of their lives and then at about 2 pm have a little press conference with this as the subject matter:

Article 2 Section 3
he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them

Fun for the whole family because once called to order, the House is in session until the matter is resolved. Now if say the Speaker of the House doesn’t show up in time, then a vote of no confidence can happen and a replacement Speaker has to be seated to run the show. New Speaker means there could be committee reassignments, especially if certain chairs fail to show up on time.

Fun, fun, fun.

I don't know how much it matters, Robert, but I am a hands on owner of a restaurant. I put your stream on at full volume in our kitchen during our late lunch rush. I expected to get shade thrown at me by some of my employees. It ended up being the polar opposite reaction. These are 20-25 year olds and they were nodding in agreement with you.

People are afraid to speak up. I always thought the Silent Majority was just a myth. You're not old enough to remember Reagan, but it was the same way. Less intense, but the results were similar.

You aren't shouting in the wind. People are just afraid.

We're afraid our businesses will be disparaged online for something we say.

We're afraid we will be ostracized by family and friends. I still won't tell my girlfriend I support Trump.

We're afraid of being physically assaulted on the street, for goodness sake.

You talk a bit about having friends to talk to about this stuff. I wish I had that. My good friends are horrible leftist communists and I can't stand being around them anymore.

I'm alone and I'm afraid and it sucks, but I can't risk speaking up about it publicly. I have way too much to lose. I've never been more angry and afraid in my entire life.

All of the sudden people are defending corrupt officials and acting like investigating corruption is a bad thing. It's just become about who's team is winning. Look at the server nonsense. D's dont give 2#s about corruption in their party as long as they get Trump. Astonishing really, they got half the nation to leave their critical thinking skills and independent thought at the door and they are eating it up with a spoon and asking for more.

Dont know how you can debate this people with the maturity level on display. The post i quoted being a great example. If I had a hat I would tip it just for you.

I see it; its outrageous. Liberals will DO ANYTHING to obtain and keep power; they have no moral construct. They lie. They make ridiculous promises (handouts, freebees) they have no intention of keeping. They are flawed. It is sad and infuriating that people fall for their pie in the sky vision of a Socialist Utopia replacing this Democracy. This is what happens when Liberals run the education system, "Animal Farm" is not available for discussion.
