Here. Metro Detroit as well.

For cash, cigs, pop, crack, liq....seen widespread, especially in cultural areas of residents and economic necessities.

I heard about Canberra late yesterday afternoon and it legalising marijuana. It doesn't surprise me. There's money to be made off of it and if if Canberra (where laws are made) can do that, they will! Canberra has basically some of the best schools in the country, a great economy, cool/cold weather. Money can be made off of this legalisation and Canberra will not miss out.

I have no problem with it being legalised. I hoped it helps people dealing with medical issues get access to CBD oil.
