The rough draft of the FISA investigation report was submitted to Horowitz Friday.
He still needs to review all of the information
Could be hundreds or even thousands of pages
After reviewing the information he still needs to cross reference against statutes and policies.
Then he needs to construct a final report with recommendations and submit it to Barr and tje appropriate committees
He gave no timetable on that
Considering that was only 5 days ago you can see why I am skeptical of your post

The Justice Department inspector general has completed an internal review on whether the FBI complied with the law and its own policies while applying for a warrant to surveil former Trump campaign aide Carter Page during the 2016 election.
