Take this with a pinch of salt as this is reported in the sun newspaper. But the video in the article is pretty interesting. But it could just be a reflection or ball lightning.

I think it's probably a reflection in the window the person filming the storm is looking through.

OMG NASA is investigating!!! The way it "moves" it looks like a light from inside the house reflecting on the window.

To me, it looks like an insect on the lens or glass with it's eyes glowing. Occasionally, you can see it's oval/oblong body when the lightening flashes.

Yep, exactly like a reflection and he held it where two lights project.....

Or a drone on auto nav caught for a minute there in the chop under that cumulo nimbus
