Haha! Fair question. Generally a Greek dressing. But most wines do have that vinegary note to me that's just reminiscent of salad dressing. I
remember December of 1999 I splurged and bought a bottle of Dom Perignon for a celebratory New Year's 2000 toast. My wife likes wine, and her tastes
run to chablis or something from the lighter side of the spectrum so I knew it wouldn't be wasted. I figured, what the hey, might as well go for the
high end stuff just once and see what I've been missing.
I should've crushed up some garlic and added herbs and olive oil poured it over a bowl of romaine. At least I found out I hadn't been missing
anything.
