Obama/Biden Covered Up Iran DC Bomb Plot To Save Iran Deal

Gen. James Mattis has a new book out...and it reveals that President Obama and VP Biden KNEW Iranian mullahs had sanctioned a terrorist attack on Washington DC...which, if successful, would've been devastating with a huge loss of life.


The plot was to blow up a well known restaurant close to the WH...popular with many US government and Saudi officials.

Fortunately, an undercover DEA agent was alerted to the plot...and it was foiled.

President Obama and VP Biden...desperate to not jeopardize Obama's Iran Deal...ordered the US's knowledge of Iran's involvement in this plot to be successfully covered up.

Mattis: Obama Failed to Respond to Iran Bomb Plot on U.S. Soil Because of Nuclear Deal

As Mattis writes, “Attorney General Eric Holder said the bombing plot was ‘directed and approved by elements of the Iranian government and, specifically, senior members of the Qods Force.’ The Qods were the Special Operations Force of the Revolutionary Guards, reporting to the top of the Iranian government.”

Mattis is certain, however: “I saw the intelligence: we had recorded Tehran’s approval of the operation.”

Mattis writes, “Had the bomb gone off, those in the restaurant and on the street would have been ripped apart, blood rushing down sewer drains. It would have been the worst attack on us since 9/11. I sensed that only Iran’s impression of America’s impotence could have led them to risk such an act within a couple of miles of the White House, Absent one fundamental mistake — the terrorists had engaged an undercover DEA agent in an attempt to smuggle the bomb — the Iranians would have pulled off this devastating attack. Had that bomb exploded, it would have changed history.”

Now thanks to Mattis, we know that the Iranian mullahs got caught REDHANDED ordering a large bomb to be set off inside the United States, in a cafe in Washington DC.

And Obama covered this up & didn't hold Iran accountable, to save his precious nuclear deal.

That was in 2011, while Obama was gearing for his reelection and intending to spend that entire 2nd term getting the Iran deal done.

Mattis says they had DIRECT EVIDENCE the gov't of Iran both knew about and approved of this bombing attempt.
The Obama administration bent over backwards to cover up the fact they had evidence the Mullah's ordered this terrorist attack that almost happened.

They sold it as being 2 guys acting on their own.

Personally, this does not surprise me...Obama and Biden are corrupt...and have always put Iran's interests ahead of that of the US.
According to Mattis, the evidence of Iran's direct involvement in this state-sponsored terrorism plot on US soil exists...and Eric Holder is aware of it as well.

Obama spent so much time focusing on his legacy, he could not have cared less whether it had a negative effect on national security or our health care industry. Even after witnessing the fallout, he'll still do everything to protect his poor decisions and mistakes. This is why politicians and their thirst for power needs to end. We're entering an era where all common sense is being thrown out the window just to see who can win the top spot, without any true research or thought behind their platforms.

It's like watching reality television where all publicity is good publicity even if it makes you look like a fool. They must be thinking that change is good, regardless of where it leads us. Politicians aren't even capable of learning from their own mistakes.

So a administration heard got world of a bomb plot and successfully stopped it and make the smart move to not alert the public to not cause panic. While at the same keeping a country from further nuclear weapons development.

That's not what the article claims. It claims that they enlisted the help of an undercover DEA agent to help smuggle the bomb in and not provide it. It does not provide a description of the bombs materials. No mention of fertilizer. It could have been made of conventional materials. I don't know if the story is true or not, but I can identify a diminishing set of reading comprehension skills as of late. I don't know why General Matis would lie about a terrorism incident that can be verified independently, if the MSM actually does their job

LOL! Anyone who thinks that Iran will abide by any agreement is a fool! They were accused of breaking the agreement within the first two months, by making claims of, "that wasn't in the agreement"! This is another reason why Obama never shared the agreement with Congress. Obama always thought that giving someone an inch would make them happy enough to stay in line, but those tactics just don't work on corrupt governments like Iran's.

Thanks for clearing that one up. General Matis is only as good as his intelligence support, post 9/11 has some questionable intelligence support. General Matis does have a lot of respect and doubt he is lying, but is he immune to deception? Is anyone?

I am sure there is some evidence around somewhere for those caught up in the investigations. Having past presidents, bombs and secret services all in the one story is just the day to day role of a president. As for the truth getting out through all the media and political filters is a tricky one. I am not surprised to hear Obama taking this position in such a situation.

The whole Mueller thing couldn't find ANYONE guilty of collusion with the Russian government to affect an election. The only thing the Mueller team tried to make questionable was whether or not the President obstructed an investigation that was corrupt in itself to begin with.

It wouldn't surprise me to hear Joe say he had no knowledge of it and there may be a real possibility that Obama tried to keep Joe in the dark on many things that he thought Joe would let slip.

Again, we all need to work on our reading comprehension skills. The General states that they RECORDED the conversations between Iranian officials and those involved in the plot. That's a rather bold statement to make publically if the intelligence was wrong. And a recording would be hard for Iranian officials to deny. Let's us remember that the Iranian nuclear agreement was completed without any transparency, instead many details in secret. The money that was returned, while belonged to Iran was still being withheld due to international sanctions implicated during previous administrations.

The deal failed to provide any international verifications of compliance and failed to stop but only slowed the determination of Iran to create nuclear weapons. The deal allowed the Iranians self inspections and self verification process which is rather unusual to say the least especially considering how far the Iranian nuclear program was already at development wise. It was a bad agreement which was hastily put together in order for the administration to pat themselves on the back.

Iranian officials in public statements on the agreement repeatedly declared it did not prohibit their production of any type of weapons for export to anyone or anywhere in the world. In other words, any material they already produced like enriched uranium could still be utilized for weapons production for export to anywhere they wished. The deal prevented the number of facilities and future enrichment but failed to prevent the continued experimental use of materials already on hand. There were some good parts and some extremely poor portions of the agreement. Mostly the lifting of international economic sanctions designed to prevent further development of nuclear weapons.

The lifting of those international sanctions provided much needed revenue to Iran to further fund terrorism around the world and to finish development of weapons thus far left uncompleted. They were required to reduce their finished weapons but not turn all of them in and were allowed to export them where they wished, ie North Korea, Syria, and other nefarious regimes.

Now, it would appear that Iran was directly behind an attempted terrorist attack against our Nations Capital but the deal went forward, and the action the Iranian regime took was not punished with continued economic sanctions but instead rewarded with cash and the lifting of sanctions and Iranian officials openly bragging that they could still continue with a nuclear program under a deal that they claimed was not binding. And the event General Mattis discusses in his book, was covered up by previous administration so they could announce a non binding and unverified agreement which ultimately allowed the regime to continue weapon development but with time restrictions that would eventually expire. Not a very good agreement, and no deal would have hampered the Iranian regime more.

I guess the admiration CNN and MSNBC guests have been expressing about General James Mattis, will be now be revoked.
