UN Climate Action summit Sept 23. Let they introduce Casimir effect and Energy of the vacuum

The world is in a race to limit climate change. To meet the urgent need to address climate change and achieve the goals of the Paris Agreement, UN Secretary-General António Guterres is convening a Summit in September 2019 to raise ambition and increase climate action. The race is on. It is a race we can win. It is a race we must win.

The already available sources of clean energy, such as wind and solar energy, are not enough in their extend, or mass production, to replace the fossil fuel. Here is a good article today in BBC to explain why it cannot be done only relying on those methods, and using the old ways of economy.

However, the economy itself will not decide the equation to save the planet. We need new sources of energy. As pope Francis repeatedly told the oil CEOs on conferences.

Let turn to the secret science then. To the engines that power the UFOs that are no more Unknown flying objects but pretty much known secret projects (such as TR 3B and others). Let turn to the achievements of German scientists from the project the Bell, and the secret research of Tesla and other scientists.

Let introduce the Casimir effect en.wikipedia.org... on brand new devices and let produce them en masse, to be fit for every car engine. It is practically the Energy of the vacuum en.wikipedia.org... that Hawking so much liked to talk about. Call it whatever you want. We need those radically new sources of energy to merely survive as civilization, and here they are!

They are getting smaller all the time.

Ain't gonna work to produce energy though.

By the way , Prof. Hawking's relating to the Casimir effect was that given enough energy ,a stabilized wormhole could theoretically be opened.

There is nothing secret about Casimir effect. Neither can it be used as an energy source. You only get as much out as you put in.

There a very common misconception about energy though. What you actually want is using energy to do work. But the only way to do that is by having it flow from a higher to a lower potential. You need an energy difference/gradient, like hot and cold, high and low pressure etc. This is why you can not use the energy of the vacuum, aka zero point energy, as it is the same everywhere.

Hawking has extensive research on the energy of the vacuum. And not only he. I advice everyone who wants to research these topics, to search the preprint serverArXiv.org of Cornell University, formerly of Los Alamos. Try some futuristic keywords including zero point energy. Apparently they are no more futuristic for the scientists. It is hidden from the mass view not because it is "secret" (at least not on arxiv) but because almost no one cares or knows where to search. If that is published online available to everyone who knows to search it, how much more is being done in secret then? Because the UFOs fly, and CIA proudly said some years ago, "half of them are ours." If they fly defying gravity and aerodynamics, there must be other new principles still "undiscovered" for the official mainstream science. Or are they really undiscovered?
And we go back to The Bell of the German scientists and their heritage.

Will USA do it, or will another country be the first one to announce it to the mass public? I guess we will understand this September 23. I pray the sane reason of survival overcomes the politics at least this time. We don't have much time left. Climate scientists say, we have time to react with decisive measures until the end of 2020. Therefore the call of the UN Secretary general for that summit with concrete proposals.
