the parents are scumbags, for endangering their own children, bringing them on a mission where they can get arrested.
i used to be a bouncer, if i brought any kid with me as i was a bouncer? lmfao

here is how to fix this problem!
the mexiccans, do not break the law, and try to enter illegally.

also, why isnt the kid in school? do they have schools in mexix0?

You are confused, the majority are not Mexicans. They are from other origins and are simply illegally entering our southern border with Mexico. Many actual Mexican migrants enter legally via migrant visas and enjoy the benefits economically and return home to Mexico to return again and again, legally.

Read the lawsuits. As I asked before, if this administration is providing adequate facilities for these children, why are they so gung ho on overturning the very settlement that ensures they provide said facilities?

from your link

The bill contains more than $1 billion to shelter and feed migrants detained by the border patrol and almost $3 billion to care for unaccompanied migrant children who are turned over the Department of Health and Human Services.

we should be spending that money on children of usa service members who have been permanently separated from their parent

And if we took a large chunk of the DoD's $700 billion budget and directed it towards them they would receive even more and it would hamper our ability to wage unnecessary wars. Thus preventing even more children from suffering such a fate.

I am all for bringing ALL of our troops home and posting them up at the border.
It would eliminate the need for a wall
win/win in my opinion

it would stop the illegal border crossers you have feels for tho

The parents have a choice to not come here. They do it to themselves. I feel bad for the kids, but we are not responsible for their parents poor decision making.

I agree with you with ending foreign wars. But, troops can't be deployed within US borders unless there's an insurrection or invasion.

You may want to check out the current lawsuit against the Trump administration if you don't think the conditions in these facilities are inhumane. We're talking guards throwing food on the floor so kids can fight over it and girls being forced to bleed through their underwear while on their period and then being denied a shower for days.

GTFOH.

We had a lawsuit for discrimination against a gay dude once because we fired him. His story sounded as ridiculous as the one you just claimed. In reality, he threatened other employees and was busted looking at gay porn 3 times while at work, on the clock.

In other words, anyone can file a lawsuit and make a story up about why.

Of course they have a choice. They have a choice of staying where they may get murdered by gang members or have their children recruited into gangs to survive.
Of course they have a choice. Stay there or go somewhere safer.
They chose to save themselves and their families.
Not a more noble endeavor on the planet if you ask me.

There is no excuse for the way this was handled.
It was designed to inflict the greatest cruelty.

talk to trump.
He just took money away from the military that was supposed to build daycare centers so he could get his wall so that you will vote for him again next year.
Now its just about avoiding jail time.

In this case it is 19 separate states filing lawsuits against the government for failing to adhere to the Flores Settlement. That's a bit different than your example.

Lawsuits are alleged claims of wrongdoing, not necessarily true facts of actual circumstances. I am looking at the 2 claims above and really do believe they are taken out of context. Something exaggerated beyond the real truth circumstance.

Nooo, surely democrats don't exaggerate... Look at Cortez crying at all the near dead, abused children standing at the border fence. She's so distraught her knees are buckled. This isn't drama, is it?

Why doesnt trump just redirect some funds like he did with the military and funds for the wall?
Just a stroke of the pen could alleviate a lot of suffering.

When an adult is arrested, if they have minor children in their custody at the time of arrest they are separated from them.

If you don’t want to be separated from your babies, maybe don’t take them with you when you break the law.

Seeking asylum is not against the law.

Does no one care about children anymore?

Only if they're white, unborn fetuses or embryos, then it's "but the CHILDREN!"

Hypocrites.

I am sure she is faking it. People don't actually care about people other than themselves and everybody knows that.
Every man for himself.

Oh I got it. So children who breathe air are expendable.

But the blood clots are precious.

Try again. They're entering illegally and breaking our laws by doing so. You're either in support of the law or you're not. No need to answer that one, I know where you and the other two nerds in this thread stand on that.
