I own a small production company LLC and I refuse to hire any trump supporters. You have your right to be rightwing and express your political/ideological views...but not on the property where I pay the goddamn bills and pay your salary. Discrimination? That's just to ***in bad, ain't it.

You and I agree on Antifa but totalitarian and fascism are governance styles and not related to the private sector. It's kind of like burning an American flag. Technically, it is covered under the First Amendment and you won't be arrested for it. That doesn't mean that someone won't rattle your cage for doing it, though. In short, people and private industry are permitted to do, think and believe anything they want as long as it doesn't violate civil rights and the like and political affiliation is not a protected class.

Besides, they aren't suggesting that you cannot work in film, you just can't do it in an arena that embraces inclusion of people regardless of race, sexual orientation, etc. Trump supporters are welcome to create their own production companies...the KKK has been producing films for decades. Maybe they would support you considering the ideologies are basically the same.
