The map below shows income inequality across the globe. China, Africa and South America do not have higher concentrations of wealthy compared to their populations because they have more brilliant or harder working citizens than the USA, they have greater income gaps because they have corrupt systems of government that favor the wealthy.

The world should be run by computers and those computers should have a max difference between high and low income around 5-10%.
What is left over should be used to create a system where everyone has access to the same stuff, education, helthcare, food and so on.
