Looks like the Corps is onboard the US Navy’s push toward unmanned systems. I found it interesting that the Corps is not only concentrating on moving cargo, but also troops. This is most defiantly aimed at China, and the Pacific. It’s good to see both sides of the Navy/Marine Corps team taking this seriously.

I can imagine loyal wingman type small ships being launched by a mothership. Each one with grenade launchers, Artillery, CIWS, torpedos.

It would be pretty impressive.

The marine corps will always have the smartest, down right nastiest, and determined fighting men in our arsenal new toys holy # time to put the crayons away for a minute and break the navies #. Ooorah!

I heard a joke about marines once.
If you want to actually test if something is idiot proof, just set it next to a marine that is on guard duty in a boring place for an hour.

If it hasn't blown up, been broken, or is not "irreparably disassembled" it may just be fit for service.
