I am the Webmaster of HostileInvader.com. On 6/30/03 I went back out to Camp Hero for the
5th time since 2000. My investigation lead to the
discovery of the possible gigawat meter said to be on
the base and a "mini HAARP" located in a very remote
area away from the base. To get to the "mini HAARP" you
needed a special government authorized permit to be in
that area and police were also patrolling the area.
