What a crazy story. I totally don’t blame anyone for coming up with conspiracy theories. Just way to coincidental. Yet suicide would also make sense too, but the cherry 🍒 or icing on the cake 🎂 was he was under suicide watch surveillance. LoL THAT is where this story gets weird.

Because you pull the sides up on the gurney 'after' you lift the patient onto it. This way you don't have lift the body up over the side of the rails. Bodies are heavy as hell and hard to lift, it's like lifting 200lbs of wet concrete. Not easy.
