Trans Activism -- Jonathan #WaxMyBalls Yaniv -- Self ID -- Why and What Matters

It matters because Jonathan Yaniv exemplifies and personifies everything wrong with the Trans Activist demands for "self-ID" and forced entry into women's protected spaces, where women and girls are most vulnerable. While Mr. Yaniv is most definitely NOT your typical transgender person -- I don't think there's anything typical about this guy! -- the Trans Activists and the Trans Agenda makes absolutely no distinction or exception for such predators, and makes absolutely no effort to protect women and girls from such predators. Including violent predators. Rather, "Acceptance without Exception" is their goal.

Jonathan Yaniv is a Canadian man who self-IDs as a woman, and is best known for filing multiple complaints against immigrant women who refused to provide him Brazilian wax services for various reasons -- including safety, faith, and because a Brazilian wax is neither recommended nor appropriate for male genitalia. In fact, it seems he has a big problem with immigrants in general, and targeted immigrant women in specific for his complaints:

I first authored an OP on Yaniv back in November 2018, when his identity was being protected in accordance with Canadian law:

At that time, and as discussed in the OP/thread, Yaniv had been revealed as preying on pre-teen girls with a strong menstrual/tampon fetish. He was especially interested in the various states of undress he might look forward to seeing young girls while in their private and protected spaces, and was also quite eager to help 10-year-old girls learn to use tampons... even wondering if he might go into a stall to show them how to properly use tampons.

Since that time, hearings have been held by a Canadian Tribunal to address his complaints against the women who refused to give him a Brazilian wax, and in the process, the Tribunal rescinded the publishing ban of his name and identity, so his story has received quite a bit more attention by the greater public recently. And has rightfully been met with shock, horror and outrage, which has only increased as Yaniv's bizarre and predatory behavior has increased. For example, Yaniv has made several dubious (and contradictory) claims, such as having either male OR female genitalia, and he has also claimed that he has BOTH male and female genitalia. He has made these claims at the Tribunal hearings, on social media, and in interviews. Surprisingly enough, or not, he seems to be unavoidable for comment... And it gets worse. Much much worse.

Yaniv would like to throw a topless transgender pool party for 12-to-24 year olds... NO PARENTS ALLOWED. (Even more shocking, his request has not yet been denied by the appropriate parties... sheesh.) What could possibly go wrong, eh?

This last week, Yaniv was interviewed/debated (depends on who's talking) by Blaire White, a popular transgender personality, and reportedly brandished a taser which is illegal in Canada. His apartment was raided by the Canadian authorities and he was duly arrested for possession of illegal weapons -- plural, after the RCMP also found pepper spray and bear spray in his apartment.

But last night Yaniv really outdid himself when he posted death threats on the same website which originally outed his predatory ways, Kiwi Farms:

The moderators at KiwiFarms have reportedly tracked Yaniv's IP address and other identifying information, confirming it is indeed Yaniv, and not someone pretending to be Yaniv. They have also reported these posts to the RCMP.

For the most part, the Trans Activist community has refused to address Yaniv's very disturbing behavior, much less the obvious fact that his behavior puts the lie to their claim that self-ID will not be used by violent sexual deviants and abusers to prey on women and girls in private spaces. Quite obviously, that's exactly what is happening, and will continue to happen as long as men are forcing their way into women's protected private spaces. Among the piss poor excuses from those who have addressed his despicable behavior, are that he is not really trans, that this is just typical "female" predatory behavior, and that he is really just a rightwing troll trying to give all transgender persons a bad name.

Yaniv is undoubtedly a very very dangerous -- albeit very very sick -- little puppy. He is very seriously mentally deranged and is a very obvious threat to others. He needs help -- psychological/psychiatric help. And the public needs to be protected from him, especially it would seem pre-teen girls. The public needs to be protected from every such violent sexual predator who would use self-ID to sexually abuse and assault women and girls.

Canada has already drunk the Kool-Aid. They seriously need to re-think what they've already legislated/regulated and un-do it.

Here in the USA, Pelosi has introduced The Equality Act, and if passed, would make self-ID federal law. Any and all violent predators would be given free access to women and girl's protected private spaces -- bathrooms, showers, changing rooms, lockers, shelters, refuges, prisons, etc.

THIS is why Jonathan Yaniv and his predatory and violent behavior matters. Because he exemplifies and personifies everything that can go wrong with self-ID and The Equality Act if passed. THIS is why we all need to care and demand better from government officials, school authorities, and the Trans Activist community itself. We can (and must) protect the genuine rights of transgender persons, but we also can and MUST protect the safety, privacy and dignity of women and girls and their protected spaces.

Unfortunately, there are still efforts to censor the ugly truth and just plain gaslight us, including at Wikipedia where folks are working double-time to delete the truth.

We need to stop caring what they want, attempts to explain it as not mental illness, etc. Stop giving it air time and stop talking about it. Yes. That's exactly how I feel. This is scary. And while I hope and pray this man gets the help he so clearly needs, we know there are others like him.

I am, however, very thankful that we have this opportunity to learn from. To see just how horribly wrong these self-ID laws/regs truly are for women and girls. It's amazing to me that it was the strength and courage of teenage girls who came forward with the truth and the evidence for the truth, and made it public knowledge. Brava to them!

I wish that were true. But hiding our heads in the sand when our elected and appointed critters are working hard to codify this insanity into law isn't the answer.

Your logic makes no sense. Sick in the mind people do not have to be transgender to be dangerous. There are plenty of heterosexual people using their own gender's bathrooms who are just as much a threat to innocent people of the opposite sex as any transgender.

It's sad to say, but I'm afraid it may be true. Some of what I've seen/read has made me wonder if he's not a danger to himself and/or his mother (who also seems to have some serious mental/emotional issues). I honestly wonder how he functions in society.

It's a crying shame that his pattern of preying on pre-teen girls did not get the proper attention from authorities, and allowed his behaviors to escalate to what we are now seeing. But perhaps between the weapons charge and last night's death threats, the authorities will do what is necessary to protect the public, and get him the help he needs. But the first priority must be protecting the public.

It apparently makes no sense to you; but it does make sense to many people, including those who saw fit to legislate and regulate and codify protected spaces for women and girls in the first place.

Because men are as a class are far more likely to commit violent and/or sexual offenses against women, than women are to commit such offenses against anyone.

These protected spaces also provide much needed privacy and dignity for personal matters particular to women.

It is quite logical and practical to take reasonable precautions for reasonable risks. Especially when life and limb are threatened.

What is illogical and makes no sense is to remove these tried and true safeguards which greatly reduce opportunity -- and therefore risk -- for the validation of someone's "beliefs"... and, even worse, their sexual fetish.

However, does it really surprise you? It's a pretty common tactic for both sides to accuse the other side for "plants" or "hoaxes" or whatever. Seems pretty much par for the course in today's world.

No, HOMBERO, this isn't "The Secret" where we put our wishes on a piece of cardboard and then talk about them and thus they come true.

This is a sick MAN who has been AND STILL IS going into girls' locker rooms with the intent of helping them insert a tampon into their vaginas. Specifically, 10-12 year old girls. He, in the MANY times he asks people on online platforms, is very and repeatedly specific that he wants to, among other things, help a ten year-old girl to insert a tampon into her vagina. He also wants to hold a topless pool party for 12 year-old girls where parents are NOT ALLOWED.

And by the way, he also went on a forum last night and said the he likes to "play with pu****s" and also loves "tight vaginas."

Get it?

This has to be talked about, because this is the kind of $hit that people will have NO defense or recourse against, if the current social engineers who are pushing for this get their way. Do you have kids? If so, do you want your daughter to have no defense against sickos like this approaching her in the bathroom? Do you have a sister? Would you want her to have to be exposed to this danger? No, you wouldnt, would you?
