As "Transgenderism" has been accepted, will you all also accept "transracialism"?

Lol..the social contract is what the constitution was designed after...again sorry if you don't agree with a concept you don't know anything about but it makes you ignorant.

And by the way read the article. Looks like you missed a great deal.

The links and evidence were given several times. It's up to you to read them. Continuing ignorance is just that. Ignorance.

If you don't understand where technology is today that is not the problem. The problem is your lack of concern for reality and learning what that is.

I get it it's easier to join a tribe or religion and let them do your thinking.

If you are worried about the morality of genetic engineering you should at least learn a little about what you are afraid and come up with an arguement from logic...that way people may actually consider you have an educated opinion.

They established a government, formed by a social contract, only to protect the rights that they already had in the state of nature. They had the right to break the contract if the government deprived them of the rights it was established to protect. Thus Locke's and Jefferson'sphilosophy permitted revolution.

Like Rousseau, Jefferson believed that men have the ability to reason and shape their society in a positive manner. He felt that menwould choose the right course from an innate... ... Further, Rousseau's Social Contractcontended that the government must remain a separate institution from a sovereign entity.

I'm totally on board. Next time someone calls me a racist because they're losing an argument, I'll inform them that I identify as part black. And as we all know, black people can't be racist. If everyone went this route, racism would disappear overnight!

Full disclosure, I'm part Sicilian, so I probably do have a smidge of African DNA from back when Africans invaded Sicily and enslaved my ancestors.

First, allow me to correct a misplaced quote that broke the last part of my post (made much more difficult by ATS' totally broken nested quote capability):

And I have showed several times that human animal hybrids are already being created...

First - what does that have to do with transgender theory? Hint: nothing.

Second - show me the hybrids.

And that adult mice have had sex changes from genetic engineering. In fact same sex mice couples have borne children including males.

Sorry, you have shown no such thing. Links and evidence, or BS.

And the only people laughing are the educated that you have no vocabulary for an arguement of persuasion to begin with.

Actually, they're now laughing at that last incoherent sentence of yours... gobbledy-speak.

"Scientists have long assumed that once the sex determination decision is made in the embryo, it's final," Zarkower said. "We have now discovered that when Dmrt1 is lost in mouse testes — even in adults — many male cells become female cells and the testes show signs of becoming more like ovaries."

Ahem... 'becoming more like ovaries' is far, far from 'becoming ovaries'.

"Last week, news broke that a prominent stem cell researcher is making human-monkey chimeras in a secretive lab in China."

Links, evidence, or BS.

Now to your most recent BS...

The Social Contract is a theory, regardless of whether or not The Constitution was modeled after it.

And by the way read the article. Looks like you missed a great deal.

Like what?

Links, evidence or BS.

The links and evidence were given several times. It's up to you to read them.

I would, but you are lying - you have posted no links or evidence to back up your ludicrous claims that a full functional (sexually) man - or mouse - can be transformed into a fully functional (sexually) woman (or female mouse).

Continuing ignorance is just that. Ignorance.

Agreed. Please stop it.

If you don't understand where technology is today that is not the problem. The problem is your lack of concern for reality and learning what that is.

Not sure what your point is other than obfuscation - but I've never been one to deny reality.

Just because we have the bare minimal understanding of genetics to start experimenting doesn't mean we should.

I get it it's easier to join a tribe or religion and let them do your thinking.

Which just goes to show you know nothing about me. What tribe or religion do you fantasize that I am a member of?

Hint: you're wrong.

If you are worried about the morality of genetic engineering you should at least learn a little about what you are afraid and come up with an arguement from logic...that way people may actually consider you have an educated opinion.

You mean, like the argument I have already posited - the likelihood that someone does something stupid resulting in some kind of 'I Am Legend' apocalyptic scenario?

What is it about that argument/scenario that you find illogical?
