One only needs to look at the reaction to shootings in this country to see the disparity.

Anytime a white kid from the burbs commits a mass shooting it's blamed on mental illness and video games. Even when they post a manifesto detailing their ideology.

Meanwhile, when the topic of inner city violence comes up the perpetrators are described as thugs and animals. Completely ignoring the fact that those living in inner city, black, communities are the most prone to mental illness.

We are all one species.

However, doesn't the phenotypic differences we see across several human "groups" count for something and separates human into identifiable groups (e.g. skin colour).

If we were talking about cats do you think a black cat is a different race than a white cat?

The funny thing is that the concept of race is more established in fantasy literature (where it is equivalent with species) than it is in biology.

ETA: Transgenderism is not generally accepted, it's only tolerated because of the few pc idiots that like to make a noise, but that is not going to fly for much longer. People are getting tired of being bad mouthed for having their own options.

I thought 'Furries' were a joke.
Now we have people believing that getting a perm and spending too much time in a tanning booth will actually make them a different race....

I for one can't keep up. Sexuality is one thing but the gender vs sex debate BAFFLES me.

Don't wake up and call yourself another gender. Even if you go through the effort of surgery you're still, chromosomally the gender you were born. (Not assigned)

There has to be a line. I'm all for acceptance but when it breaks down society and causes more trouble and confusion that it aims to "eradicate" then I say stop it.

Where in a lot of cases (not all by far) transgenderism can be caused by genetic and chromosome issues, things like transracism and transablism cannot claim any sort of medical foundation for their "condition" other than mental illness- unless one were to prescribe to the belief in reincarnation and the possibility that their feelings are leftover from previous life experiences. Personally I think they are bat# crazy but I try to keep an open mind as far as considering other possibilities, if only for argument's sake.

Forced and accepted are to different things...nothing has been accepted....the masses have been sidestepped and small special interest groups have used fiscal p[ower to change laws and to foster political and social support for themselves within the minority number power groups.....these scams and con-job will all come out in the wash sooner than later the weaponised and artificially embedded laws will be repealed....Nature always heals itself.

In the US, racism is such a crazy issue, but would be so few and far between that it would just be tabloid fodder. Be worried about actual racism, not "transracialism".
