Can someone help with U2U Question?

I recently fulfilled my 50 U2U qouta. After I went over 50 it started over. It this correct? The only reason I ask is that in the member center you can extend your qouta from 50 to 100. Can you explain this for me please? I searched and checked Zedds Handbook but maybe I missed something.

What do you mean it "started over"?

Iv noticed that the quota doesnt work tho, so spending points on a higher quota is worthless. My quota is 150 and I have about 250 U2Us.

Is that what you mean?

Well, I got to about 57 and then it went back to 0 for some reason.
