How did Beto react to El Paso, Ill let you decide

Poor guy didn't know what to say, he laughs because he feels so ridiculously helpless in the situation. One could tell that he was having difficulty keeping composure

"... El Paso is the strongest city in the world...", what the hell else can he say? A rare moment when a politician gets blind-sided by tragedy and their humanity comes out. You can see the pained and dazed look of grief.

Beto is a bad actor. He is trying to look like he is holding back tears but his eyes never show a sign of tear drops. They should send him back to acting school so he can learn to trigger his tears better.

Watching it with sound off, it’s obvious he’s laughing but trying to catch himself right after. He reminds me of some over the top used car salesman.
