Kim is quite sane albeit precariously positioned both internally and internationally. It's a very dangerous game that he is playing but if you
consider things from his vantage point his moves actually seem rational.
I'm sorry but I don't believe putting women and children in prison camps is rational from any vantage point. I don't think testing chemical agents
on political prisoners is rational either. The amount North Korea spends on defense rather than feeding its people isn't rational either,
considering they could stop production of nukes, allow inspections, receive TONS of aid from other countries, and get a non-agression pact from the US
to top it all off.
