Netflix.

Watching it now.

If you want to escape the drama for a couple of hours, the Cohen Bros. have just the thing.

A series of quirky shorts in the ol Wild West.

Funny, dark, typical Cohen.

Well worth the time.

Took me a while to actually give that one a shot, and gotta admit, it was pretty decent.

The singing gunslinger one is the best.

If you are looking for something else this afternoon, there is another collection of short films called "Love, Death, and Robots". There are some stinkers in there, but also a few gems.....

I really loved that one. It was a delightfully weird movie.

I've watched this at least 4 times now with friends and family.

In typical Coen fashion, it goes from lighthearted to dark and depressing. That said, they did a damn good job, even with the sad stuff. The third story with Liam Neeson gets me every time.

It honestly might be my new favorite movie.

10/10 recommend

I actually liked it. Most of the shorts were pretty good. How did that chicken do that!?

The short with Liam Neeson was probably my least favorite.

I didn't like it first watch. Second time, the message really hit me. It's very slow moving and boring, but I think that's the point.

The title of it "meal ticket" sums it up. He's a regular old dude trying to survive best he can. It perfectly portrays the melancholy of life IMHO.

Much like our shared taste is high heel shoes, we usually have the same TV likes. In this instance we don't. I turned it off

You have to be in a certain mood for anything the Cohen Bros. do.

It is dark and twisted.

Yes! My two favorite stories were the one with James Franco ("first time?") and the story with Liam Neeson, which was really odd and sad. Vintage Coen Bros.

I watched it on release. I remember loving it at the beginning and feeling really depressed by the end.

I would give it a second go but damn, it really was depressing. I don't want to feel that again.

I loved this movie.

One of the best to come out in the last 5 years at least.
