They had one in Chicago
And Baltimore

In Baltimore and Chicago in Slaughterhouse USA, they have them every day…by the hour…by the minute!

But at least those in a strange way make sense. A drug deal…revenge…. someone was dissed, but these killings are something else entirely. Something deep, something much darker and terrible.

One can get away from the Chicagos and the Baltimore's but NO ONE is safe from these kinds of murders in Slaughterhouse USA

That's the problem with the current political environment nowadays, whenever there is a incident like this people on all sides seem to be looking for motives they can use to paint their target group with as broad a brush as possible and make one side or the other aligned with the perpetrator.

People seem to be looking for it before the blood is drying and bodies removed.

If the perpetrator is a radical left liberal, or radical right wing both sides will exploit it to the fullest level possible.

TWENTY.

Oh my gosh. Awful...just awful.

Just keep in mind, that number is a low, slow number in any Chicago (or Baltimore) weekend.

Just putting things in perspective, not discounting the horror or tragedy.

Only outrage and finger-pointing can save us now.

But who among us has the courage to blame someone else?

LOL, that was a good one....

They didn't announce on the police scanner that they had his firearm until an hour after they said he had him in custody. I wonder if he ditched the gun and tried to sneak out or if he just laid down spread eagle and waited to be arrested and they located the gun later.

It seems odd he was taken alive without a single shot if he was indeed still armed.

Walmart has videos of every corner so we should know exactly what happened; including the parking lot.

I will. It was the shooter's fault. He pulled the trigger.

We can debate why so many young men feel like this is the only answer for their anger though.

No, I realize that Cowboy. Any violent death is tragic. It's just I wasn't expecting that number here...

Maybe in a state where everyone can carry concealed, they disarmed quite a few. Or that was the three they took into custody, and it took them a while to sort out which gun was which.

The blame rests solely and squarely on the shooter's shoulders. There may have been contributing factors to his descent into madness (and is there ever a SANE person who would do something like this??)...but he made the CHOICE to take a gun and end innocent lives. He did.

I'm guessing I'm the only one who may read Majic's post right.

I blame the A-hole that fired the gun.

Heavy shopping if they're doing the back to school thing like we are up here in Missouri. We hit Target this morning before 9am and it was already packed.

Not surprised

When one of these happen, I don’t read the paper and news for a few days

I don’t want to see the faces of the dead

May they rest in peace

I don't know if he muffled that and changed it to 21 or what? I rewound that 3 times.

Mkay
Murders in chiraq and murdermore make sense but this one doesnt?
This guy apparently left details about why he did what he did

Sell your fearmongering elsewhere
Or this guy wins
Right?

"Everyone with a badge responded..."

Yup, didn't want to say it, but a hell of a time to "do something else", maybe involving the border?
