Funny how Mueller put the little fish away on the way to the top isn't it?
This guy is gonna let the little fish swim away?

Yeah ok...

Gotta love this kind of logic.

Im glad you are finally admitting that they are fish. They sure do stink, don't they

If Comey isn't made an example of in some way, shape, or form (as in imprisonment), there is no reason to support our government any longer.

The DOJ declined to prosecute Comey's 2nd in command, Andy McCabe too. If the #2 didn't get prosecuted, the top dog is certainly off the hook. (IMO)

Can we say.....Flipper...Flipper....Flipper...faster that lightning...

Comey is not the man to go down with the ship and was only following 'orders' as his job entailed. He, in affect, did nothing wrong. Morally, yes, but as his job appointed no.

Comey is not who put this in motion.

Went to his house to obtain a document is not exactly raiding it now is it?
And even that much is only being passed around on conservative websites from hours ago and no mainstream ( IE real) news has picked this up.

The "Treason " case must not be jeopardized by premature charges. Translation, "The Best Is Yet To Come"...…

I'm praying, anyways

You're a lot more optimistic than I am. It looks more to me like some career douchebags are protecting another career douchebag.

What's the old saying about "appearances"??

Yeah I might buy into it if the Justice department wasn't still 90% the same assholes who let Clinton off the hook.

Senator Lindsey Graham just said that BARR is declining to prosecute "at this time", because he's double-checking Horowitz's findings.

According to Graham, The worst thing that could happen to a prosecutor is to bring charges, and the defense attorney shoots holes in the case, causing it to be dismissed. Barr wants it "Air Tight" and dismissal-proof.

Charging a former Director of the FBI, the top LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCY in the country with Federal Crimes is Un-precedented. There must be no doubts as to the crimes committed, AND the intent, according to Senator Graham.

That being said, I think this is one "reveal" that investigative reporter John Solomon should have kept to himself. Hopefully Barr himself will chime in on this tomorrow.

This played out about how I expected.

It "appears" that they didn't have anything to charge him with is how it "appears".

The statement said not enough evidence of "Intent" to convict.

Which means plenty of actual proof he performed the crime(s).

Intent to cause harm plays a part also. "Direct Intent" vs "Oblique Intent" and "Unconditional Intent" vs "Conditional Intent", or "Purpose Intent" vs "Knowledge Intent", etc. etc.

And Negligence and/or Recklessness vs Velleity, and Tort.

😎

So your version of the news (the PR arm of the DNC) wouldn't talk about it?

What an absolute surprise!

I'm sorry.. the level of your absolute hypocrisy on the topic makes me want to leave now.

You, silly... are the face of humanity's future.

33% of America now thinks like you do.

America is devolving.

I'm going to sit back and see where it goes.

Spoiler... you are F###ed.

Hey when is Don Jr. getting charged? He's not a sitting President, they have the goods on him right?

You're always wrong.

Sounds like there will be many more charges against Comey. It will be better to break his facade down bit by bit. By the time the big charges happen he will have been shown to have done multiple wrong deeds.

But will he escape criminal prosecution for FISA abuse and other acts? I think there's more-better coming.

I love your optimism, but stories like this do not give me hope.

Bottom line is, no major players involved in high crimes and super sick injustices will ever be brought to justice until God almighty finally does it himself. What a glorious day that will be. But human beings are incapable, and you and I will likely not live to witness it. As human beings. I think it's time we all accept this fact.

Look at that, another swamp creature getting away. How many high ranking people being thrown in jail does that bring us to? Oh, we're still at 0. Pretty convenient that no one is going to jail.
