I love my country with all of my heart
I genuinely believe that Trump does too.
I love it when he tells other world leaders to basically go #### themselves lol, and you guys are pretty much the only nation who can stand up to China these days, I'd want him leading my nation as well if I was American.
We could have done with someone like him negotiating our divorce from the EU ffs 😂

And we can stand up to Russia. Truly should be able to handle both at the same time now but not during the Obama years because he cut them off at the knees and made it easy for our enemies in the battlefield. Leaving ISIS trucks "almost" on purpose.

I left Russia out on purpose, our navy has been slashed in the last couple of decades but in a straight fight the RN would still kick the crap out of Russia's, and Putin knows it. Seen their aircraft carrier?! Needs a tug boat accompanying it wherever it goes for when it breaks down 😂
I'm withnTrump on Russia though, Putin just wants an easy life and easy cash, just have a gentleman's agreement and sort trade out. First rule of dictator club is don't mention dictator club. Make your cash and mind your own business.
Edit, And our shiny new F35b's bought off you guys will def help us once they are online in service 👍

Even that comment was taken out of context. It is what the Trump hating crowd does. He pretty much said for them "to go, fix the problems there, and then come back and show us."

These past 3 years have shown how authoritarian the left truly is. Not to mention the fact that despite claiming "the right are all nazis" the left has been embracing policies implemented even by the nazis alongside many other far left-wing regimes.

Lmfao! Here, if you voted leave the EU then you are a racist Nazi, but if you voted remain you are a socialist commie scumbag!
I'm a former commie turned racist Nazi after losing the vote 😂😂😂

Jumping in here as another Brit I have to say I know plenty of folk that would take Trump over just about anyone here!
Personally, I think what Trump has had to suffer since taking office is utterly disgusting. Him and his family must dread waking up and seeing the news each day. The lack of respect is appalling. I don't know what it is about Americans and politics but you all seem totally crazy to me! Getting wound up to the point of killing people, attacking people is just bonkers! Your politics split families divide husbands & wives and creates some of the most underhand sneaky crap I've ever come across. I appreciate passion but good grief it becomes a whole new level in the US from what I've seen! We over the pond just don't have that passion for politics I think most of us are pretty meh when it comes down to it as we know its the same old same old. Its not as if we've any real power just an illusion with an occasional vote on things that don't really matter. Not worth getting wound up about.

Trump is not a career politician which is allegedly what people wanted then when they got him they wouldn't accept it, so instead of waiting to vote the next time and choose someone else the democratic way, "they" have made the guy's life a living hell. He's old he makes mistakes he doesn't speak politically doesn't use non-answers says what's on his mind and then every tiny little thing is analysed to death including what he did or said 20-30 yrs ago! Wrong on so many levels

I was amazed when he went to North Korea I never thought I'd see North & South at peace in my lifetime. The man done good

Good points. May I offer a thought?

We see this as RIGHT verse wrong not Left vs Rt.

It is better to allow the so called bad people speak in public with their so called freedom of speech as it is today, than to have what we call 'thought police'.

It is better to have some people living large who have the ability to bring people up for some of us than to see us all suffer like the Russian, N Koreans, Cambodian and Chinese people have suffered.

It is better to be able to defends oneself when seriously threatened than to be carried by 6 to the grave site.

Some things are self evident when we talk true freedoms. But some people want to make us they way the see fit and not allow freedom.

THOSE things above ^^^^^^^^^^^^^are what is the real crux of our political situation.

It is very important that the US be saved from this group think so we can keep the bastards from tyrannical takeover of every country like when the Iron Curtain countries were ruled by brutal dictators who answered to the Kremlin.

If you were truly humble then you wouldnt give your opinion of him

Why, paraphrasing here, would anyone say an unhumble person has opinions of people? Not many are so humble if that is your standard is all I can see here.

Again Lmao 😂
Populist view on this forum yet the populist view you say in the UK is Orange Man Bad! Does that n0t make us both populists?
I'm not gonna lie and say I hate Trump because I don't. Does he seem like a bit of a prick sometimes? Yes of course, but he damn well has passion for his country and people so he gets my metaphorical vote 👍
I'm a grown man for goodness sake, why would I care about anonymous people on a forum disagreeing with me? I don't care that you do lol, no dopamine hit for me mate, I'm actually enjoying your alternative opinion in this thread.

Edit, and Trump was right about women who LET you grab them by the pussy when you obviously have cash. I've enjoyed good times like that walking around nightclubs with a bottle of champagne in my hand, gold diggers everywhere, different girl every night. I don't know any blokes who disagree when we talk in private, it's just not popular, like admitting you voted Leave lol, the populist official view is to shout remain from the rooftops, but explain the Brexit party result in the Euro elections...if that had been a general election first past the post they would have been the majority party in Parliament.
You're my new favorite ATS user 😘

Obama said we were at the back of the line for any trade deals so Trump gets my metaphorical vote for sure.

It's amazing how many Brits like Obama better, despite him being categorically worse for their country, because he didn't hurt their feelings as much.

Why do people prefer weak and ineffective as long as he sounds good doing it over a brash asshole that gets things done? It's a completely backwards set of priorities for what you should want in a leader. Of course, most of these people despise any form of real leadership so who is surprised?

Good on you for not being one of these idiots.

This Brit sees Trump as brash and coming across as a bit of a bell end at times but the way he triggers the left gets my vote. But then, the left over here is like Jeremy Corbyn/John McMao raving mad swivel eyed communist first-up-against-the-wall-come-the-revolution type thing whereas the US left is far, far softer. I know, I exaggerate a bit but you get my point.

Don't get me wrong, I am no dyed in the wool Trump supporter but I like the fact that he is not a career politician.

They should take his mobile away from him, though. For his own good.

Lmao, I used to do that back in days when getting smashed was a thing for me, dreading opening FB the next morning to see wtf I posted or messaged 😂
Trump doesn't drink though from what I read, don't know if he likes the sniff though, because he seems to have fantastically long days, but I read his tweets as basic emotion.

I got time for that any day, I piss laughing when he calls other leaders out on how he thinks of them. US folk definitely know who they're dealing with, unlike the average slimy weasel worded UK politician 👍

I missed that as well, Justoneman quoted you though so I'll bite 😁
I actually kicked myself for my grammar afterwards because I should have phrased it:
One Brit's humble thoughts on Trump
And yep, they are my humble thoughts, I'm no world leader or king pin of business and industry, just one average bloke lol.
I get that my opinion doesn't go with the narrative that he is an evil sexist, rapey, psycho, racist, who eats babies, but that is my opinion, and most of my mates think similar, yes he can be a twat like all of us can, but taking on the horns of the bull that is US politics, he fronts it and owns it.
I like him mate, and as I said before, if he drank I would so get smashed with him and piss laughing about what he thinks about Putin, Lil Kim, and all the other crazies running the world.

Aye , he has put himself into this position and he asks for everything he gets
because he loves the attention , why else do you think he went for the job.

President of the world was on his bucket list for sure, He wanted it so he could say he was the president. Not because he wants to change the world for the better

I think Donald Trump (if he did drink ) wouldn't even share a pint with you let alone look your way in a pub.

but aye that's just my opinion .

I was saying about the humble thing, I think the phrase "humble opinion" , it isnt very humble to offer ones opinion of others. That is why I said it !

but I was just joking anyway , nothing serious , life is too big a joke to take serious
I mean we have Trump and Johnson as leaders of the free world, cant get more hilarious than that !
