Doesn't matter. Barr won't indict. Congress isn't going to impeach.

All Democrats have is hot air.

No ideas for making America even greater than Trump is making it.

They can’t get 45% of the needed 218. They won’t put it the the House on Thur/Fri (half of House already left DC. That means six weeks before it comes up again.

Who knows who Epstein flips on before then. He’s already telling prosecutors he’ll flip for a 5 year sentence.

I still doubt Mueller testifies.

When AL GREEN's impeachment plan was brought to the House floor last week (for the 3rd time) only 45% of Democrats voted "yea"? That's fewer than the first 2 times he pushed it, LOL.

If Jeffrey Epstein "flips" for a 5 year sentence, would that avoid the long wait for trial-by-jury to begin?

My $ says the DA won’t let him plea for anything less than 10. To get 10 he’s going to have to not just sing but provide strong evidence on the “names”.

Question, if Mueller takes the fifth on ANY question about the report then what does that say?

CAN he plead the fifth on answering questions on his own report?

You've been very accurate with the Epstein predictions. The legal "experts" were saying he'd get bail, due to "double jeopardy". You said NO WAY Epstein would be let out on bail.

Have you been hearing the rumors that Mueller's team fabricated and lied, too?

You can Replace every occurrence of the word "Democrats" with "CNN" or "MSNBC" in this article from CNN tonight.

Washington (CNN)Democrats are pinning their last, best hopes of proving that President Donald Trump committed impeachable crimes on former special counsel Robert Mueller who is set to reluctantly serve as a star witness in Wednesday's televised spectacle.

Mueller's date before two back-to-back House committees represents Democrats' most powerful weapon in a war for public perception over Russia that it has been losing to Trump's bruising PR campaign.
The Entire Desperate Article: www.cnn.com...

This could be bigger than an annual "Superbowl" for Dems-CNN-MSNBC...and liberal MSM in general.

They only need to ask him one question.
A true or false question.
Is it true that the evidence you uncovered completely exonerated the president from any crimes?

End of discussion.

Prosecutors and their investigative teams DO NOT exonerate people.

You can't change the burden of proof of guilt around like that.

Innocent until PROVEN guilty.

well then I think he should get out there and say yes this is how he is guilty of these crimes.
Then the country turns against him as it will when it sees how he told people to falsify federal records to reflect what he wanted it to say instead of the truth.
How he told officers of the administration to lie. How he tried to get the investigation to change its direction, change who was being investigated and then to just fire everyone and dump it all. Because he did all of those things but telling someone to create a false document to put into the official record is probably a big one.

oh he did plenty. This is why you all should read the report.
Then you wont be surprised like the rest of the country is about to be.

They are in the report.

How about telling someone to create a fake document to put into the official white house records?
One that was a complete lie but would change a claim in the Mueller investigation.
How about telling someone outside the administration to go and fire someone who was in the administration? That may not be a crime but it reinforces the whole jellyfish spinelessness of the president.

What is the WORST case scenario for POTUS with Mueller testimony?

- Mueller makes it a point that Congress is the channel for addressing any possible “obstruction” crime(s).

- Articles of impeachment go to House floor and somehow gets 218 votes.

- Senate closes it down within 1 week.

- POTUS wins in 2020

That’s the worst case scenario for next 15 months.

Mr Mueller has testified before congress or other committees over eighty times in his lifetime.
I doubt he will make many if any mistakes.

I am sure the questions by the democrats will be carefully worded to keep him within the boundaries of what is public record.
There was not a lot that was redacted in the report.
Mostly Grand Jury testimony or Harm to Ongoing Matters and a very little to Personal Information.
It is very very easy to understand because there is not a lot that is left out.
Some we can even guess from the news reports of the time.

I'm sure there will be plenty of wasted time on questions about FISA warrants, or Seth Rich and hopefully those won't distract too much from the story that needs to get out.

Then we just wait until November 2020 because this will destroy any chances he has of reelection.
And the new president gets to put in a new Atty Gen who will prosecute Barr and trump.
