Avenatti...one time presidential candidate and no accused felon.
Daniles - Still showing tata's for money
Trump - Still president and again no wrong doing found.

I remember in these forums, in this forum, plenty of you stating that this is what would bring down Trump. Finance violations and then time to indict and impeach. Except....it;s not gonna happen.

Russia Russia Russia become Racist Racist Racist. Not to much MSM about Russia except for the story about Mueller coming to testify about the document he submitted that did not warrant charges. However, it is another win.

CNN and other outlets had previously asserted — as news — that Trump had “literally” broken campaign finance laws. Cohen began a three-year sentence in federal prison in May. Avenatti is facing federal charges in both Los Angeles and New York.

Another nothing burger linked to Cohen. Is the Old Swamp Fed realizing yet they were played????

Do you know something we don't know about the NYSD case where Trump is an unindicted co-conspirator in a campaign finance crime? Or are you saying that because he hasn't been indicted yet, he's innocent?

Oh? I get confused, since AG William Barr halted 9 investigations into Trump, his family and his businesses.

Not that that proves Trump and company innocent or vindicated.

What's remarkable is that, it's not the fact that Trump is innocent they relish, but the fact that he can't be found guilty although he did make the payments to Cohen...
Therefore, they won... Something [akaTrump gets away with it (.... But Obama...)]

😓😖😵

It's not about what's 'right' , it's about being against whatever "the other guy" is 'for'...

No.

President Trump is a unindicted co-conspirator in a campaign finance case. He can't be indicted because he's a sitting president. That 'doesn't make him innocent, above the law or immune from prosecution once he's no longer a sitting president.

There is no indication that the case has been formally closed, and former federal prosecutors cautioned that it is always possible that new information could revive the inquiry. The Manhattan US Attorney's office continues to have at least one other ongoing Trump-connected investigation, a probe concerning the President's inaugural committee.

The Trump Organization investigation was launched out of the Cohen case, in which he pleaded guilty to eight counts, including two counts of campaign-finance violations for orchestrating or making payments during the 2016 election to two women -- adult-film actress Stormy Daniels and ex-Playboy model Karen McDougal -- who alleged affairs with Trump. (Trump has denied the allegations.)

"The early closing of a case is not good because things happen in the future," Sandick said. "There could be new reporting, a cooperator in another district, or a case that comes forward -- so why declare 'case over' and air all of your evidence when something else could happen in the future?"

Good thing the provided source said none of the executives were going to be indicted. No charges at all are getting filed.

In recent weeks, however, their investigation has quieted, the people familiar with the inquiry said, and prosecutors now don't appear poised to charge any Trump Organization executives in the probe that stemmed from the case against Cohen.

Keep wet dreaming yourself that Trump is still going down.

Right. The source says that federal prosecutors, AKA AG Barr employees, are not "poised" to prosecute, at this time.

Question: Has he been convicted of a crime?

Answer: No

Question: Is he innocent until PROVEN guilty in a court of law (same as you would be)?

Answer: Yes

Here in the United States, everyone is innocent, let me repeat INNOCENT, until PROVEN guilty in a court of LAW. The court of public opinion ans the court of Sookie Feelz is irrelevant everywhere but in your mind.

Get it yet there sookie?
