Retweets. Really? I mean really? This woman doesn't seem to care nor understand that some voters tend to sway back and forth. To brand every one of them as a racist is unconscionable. Actually guess who is the real racist. Ilhan herself. As I have said before and I will say it again that in my opine she has been radicalized and she needs to be removed from office so as to make the world a safer place. My guess is that both sides want to put her in a safe place aka Club Fed as if deported she would regroup and destroy another country. In my opine her sewage as spewed is race bait strange but its warm and hot just like it was back in the 1960's when riots spread like wildfire. That was caused partially because of the war in Vietnam we were fighting. So was her timing planned by a higher authority and just who is that higher authority? Is it the ones who financed her campaign, someone else, or, just her? Possibly she knows they 'Feds" are going to drop the boom on her for her other misconduct so in return shes going to gas light the entire place up in flames on her way out. I mean that's her MO. My opine.

It's called the polarisation of politics. It’s easier to dehumanise your opponent and pigeon-hole them, rather than debate and win them over. It’s politics without intelligence or effort.

It’s also conducted by both sides and is not uniquely American.

Millions of Hispanics, native Americans, asians, arabs, Persians, blacks, whites, gays, transgenders, women, men and immigrants of all nationalities...........are racists.

Because they support the President.

If he lost just five percent of his supporters to the dEms that would triple their numbers.

The dEms, the media, the ‘left’ are HELL BENT on ensuring a second term for Trump.

I don't feel sorry for her, or any one else that puts their hatred of Trump, or anyone else, for that matter above the good of the country.

Political office should be about compromise that the whole of the country can accept, but when either side keeps moving tge goal posts to impossible distances, no progress can be made, and the "division" gets wider.

Yup, its the echo chamber effect, they don't realize that their views and impressions are pandered to, they don't resonate with Americans except the extremely small leftist minority.

Here, Omar tried to push this tweet out 11hrs ago,
twitter.com...

It sources this article,
www.nytimes.com...=https://t.co/BmhdciC5TS

IT IS CURRENTLY BEING RATIOED.

You heard that right, she rode the wave that Trump spotlighted her in and keep falling for the bait and in doing so, is now actually gettig RATIOED.

What is Ratio? When replies outnumber likes.

All in all, at the end of the day, Trump wins.

A recent piece by the Hill helps to illustrate that Trumps support has actually GONE UP after spotlighting these radicals. He lost a 2 points among Dems and 1 among indepedents, but compared to the gains? Small price to pay, which will be absorbed back from positive legislative pushes.

Trump actually did a masterful job of redefining the dem platform.

Yes, his recent statements caused a widespread uproar, but it isn't going to hurt him with his core in any way.

What it did do was paint the entire dem party with a broad brush of radical socialists, who scream "racism" at everyone who doesn't share their views.

He's effectively moving the battle lines to his benifit. Is it devisive? Absolutely, but I'm not sure, given the current state of politics, there is any other way to maintain the Constitutional republic that is our country.

If being opposed to radical morons is racist then colour me with that brush. None of the freshman of the apocalypse are from my district so I can’t vote against them. However our representative is also a freshman, he tells me sitting through a session is very frustrating and is some cases, it’s embarrassing that adults would act out in a formal sitting. He says its shameful, grand standing for the camera with no gains for the American people.

I just consider the source and move on. She's not worth the time or effort.

Hopefully the immigration/marriage fraud case sticks and we can deport her back to Somalia. I'm sure they'll treat her with all the respect and dignity she deserves.

While I believe voters will rectify the current situation, with respect to a couple of these "squad" members, to simply dismiss them may not be prudent.

Vigilance should be maintained, lest radical socialism gain a foothold in our society.

When will it actually be made illegal to call people willy nilly 'racist'?
It is quite an accusation that is mostly untrue. To call people this is like saying the N-word [the one we are not allowed, calling someone a Nazi seems to be ok].
I am serious. I am so sick of this shatty R-word, it makes me puke. Especially when used to generalise normal people with their valid opinions.
Yesterday I posted something on some forum about black movie characters and how I wouldn't be so rude and replace their ancient fables and lore with a white person. That's all. I was FOR black characters if they could have their own stories in movies and not ride on someone else's fame.
Then I was called a bigot and a racist.
My mind baffles.
It seems just mentioning the existence of black people/muslims, even in a favourable way but still with common sense is racist.
The word has been hijacked by frigging morons.

In my day a racist was a dumb looking knuckle head shouting 'death to XYZ' or 'I hate XYZ' or 'Kill XYZ'.
Nowadays it's just telling a story with the word 'black' in it.

This kills all discussions and treats any minorities like special needs people who are so fragile and stupid that we can't even mention them or they die.

I so had enough of this. I am against bannings and making opinions illegal but as long as it is happening to one side, I demand the other side to have the same rules applied to.

You call me names like Nazi or Racist without knowing anything about me and you should actually terated the same way someone who uses the N-word in a generalising and condescending way.

It's unfounded slander. I wish I could stop caring but I have a hightened sense of justice which plays havoc with me when some people get away with rudeness and stir sheet just because they have no valid arguments and can't reason like adults.

If Lebron James dunked on me with overwhelming force and everyone started laughing (except for a few), I should not try to dunk on him. First, I can't dunk. Second, he is one of the greatest players of all time. I'm not beating him at basketball.

This whole situation is that scenario. He beats everyone at this game. Now, one could say well he can be beaten at something like horse racing or gymnastics. That would be true. Only problem is people like basketball way more than those sports, even combined with many more sports, basketball is still more popular. Go ahead and hate basketball fans. It won't make any difference.
