I stopped reading at concentration camps.

I may have gotten further than most.

Happy belated 4th.

Funny, that's where I stopped reading too. Seems like the OP had plenty of whine with that cheeze lol

Cheers - Dave

It’s not a concentration camp, it’s a detention center. There is a vital distinction. There is a difference between concentration camps, where people are torn from their homes and forced into slavery or death because of who they are, and facilities designed to Process illegal migrants.

The only reason someone would call it a concentration camp is to force the parallel between this administration and the Nazis, as you have done here.

^Wrong. I already posted the definition of concentration camp, and the US detention facilities, definitely do qualify.

The definition is not dependent on specifically slavery or specifically death. (Although 6 have died, AFAIK.)

Also, the German Nazi concentration camps started out more quiet, and less extreme, than they slowly turned into. They started out very similar to what we see today.

Do you understand the difference between a political prisoner and someone who broke the law? They don't get called illegal alien for being invited in or coming in the correct way.

Go into Mexico and take up residence with no regard to their immigration laws and see what they do to you. To make it even more interesting, you can also try any country in the middle East.

Well that's the thing. It's LEGAL to seek asylum.

It's wrong to call it illegal. Which the Trump Admin has been doing for 2-3 years.

It's just bizarre that he can carry on like this, saying things that are patently untrue, every single day...

So, because they are trained by coyotes what to say, word for word, as soon as they get caught on this side of the border, as far as memorizing a script, that makes every last one of them an asylum seeker? I'm not buying that line of BS for a second. Tommy Robinson has good cause for seeking asylum, and he plans to do it by walking into a consulate and applying, the right way. We have homeless veterans, people who have put their lives on the line and signed the ultimate paycheck, serving this country. But we should be concerned with the neighbors to the South? If they think they can become such a productive part of our society by avoiding taxes by being paid under the table, or paying taxes under a stolen identity, taking advantage of our welfare and healthcare systems, I fail to see how that does anything for our country. If the claim is that they are doing something for the United States, why can't they put that same effort into making their home countries better?

Wow
So uh did the jews peacefully walk into the german camps?
Could they leave returning to where they came from?

There is NO comparison with german death camps.
Your attempting to is disgusting and shows you have no grasp of history or what an actual concentration camp is.
NO ONE PEACEFULLY WALKED INTO GERMAN DEATH CAMPS SEEKING ASYLUM.
They DID NOT "start in a similar way".
Your stretch of history to slander the potus is crass and uncouth.

Exactly.

I'm sure the conditions for those at the southern border are less than ideal, but they took the risk. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes.

What OP doesn't show are all of the videos where there is a walkthrough of the living areas and they have an open bar of snacks for the the detainees. As well as extra clothing if needed, TOOTHBRUSHES, diapers as well as other amenities.

Hell, they probably get caught on purpose sometimes. I'd rather be there than dying of dehydration.

Not sure the term concentration camps is accurate, but the response from ats members shows you are right. Karma is a bitch and all these sad nationalists will learn some day, its like they lost their humanity.
No trump isnt hitler but he strenghtens all this crazy neonazi movements worldwide. Let them spread their hate its selfhate, let them be rude and ignorant and amorica first as long you arent a lefty or liberal or democrat, let them be like the nazis were, feel sorry for them, they all will realize at some point how wrong they were. Peace.

Naw. We're just gonna be here doing what we do. Working to make this a better place for our children and grand children. Teaching our children common sense. Teaching them right and wrong. Teaching them about our great country. About our rights. And then you know what theyre going to do? Teach their children the same, and so on and so forth. The new generations of NPCs like to think everything old is dying out, or they are some how destroying all the "EVIL" that came before them. Its not going anywhere, and its not going away anytime soon.

Be a little bit intellectually honest with yourself for one second.

None of them had any intention of seeking asylum until they got caught being in this country illegally. Why? Because next to none of them actually meet the legal definition of asylum seekers. What they are is coached well to exploit a loophole in current immigration law that will allow them another chance to get away and hide illegally in this country. Next to none of them have any intention of showing up for their asylum hearing once they get away which is why they end up in those detention facilities.

Now, here's the part that makes those facilities different from actual concentration camps -- not one of those people actually have to be in them! Yes, that's totally correct. If these were actual concentration camps, we'd be sending people down into Central American countries and forcibly rounding people up to bring back and incarcerate in them against their will.

But these people come here to the US against our laws. They do not follow existing immigration laws and procedure ... not even the asylum or refugee ones. So they are breaking the law of their own free will, and they get treated accordingly which is why they are there when they get caught.

If they stayed home or even applied to enter this country legally and came that way, no one would be looking to put them anywhere by force.
