And notice their vitriol and cheering for police to selectively target isn’t directed at child rapists, or authorities that let them get away with it and treated victims like criminals

Nope it’s for the guy who called out the rapists and complicit authorities

Tommy Robinson was clearly in contempt of court. His actions threatened to disrupt a trial in progress. The facts of the specific court case where evidence is being presented to a jury, have nothing to do with the wider recognition and acceptance that children and women were abused by men from Pakistani heritage.

You can report the latter without disrupting a court in session.

There was no jury when tommy was filming

The jury had declared the men guilty and it was no the sentencing phase

Meanwhile hundreds of people of not more commented on tommy being guilty or being a racist in everywhere from ats to Facebook to main stream publications BEFORE his hearing was over

I don't hate Christianity, just what it's done to the world.

I'm not too fond of the Vatican and their ilk all the same.

I imagine organized religious practice affords the people who believe in such an enormous peace of mind if I'm honest.

Don't mean that they are correct all the same, but hay'ho makes sense to hedge one's bet i suppose.

The Birmingham Six case was quite a different matter. I am old enough to remember the days before the Police And Criminal Evidence Act when the Police were fairly free to fit people up with "confessions" supposedly made in the back of a patrol car etc. I am no cheerleader for the Police.
